Humanitarian aid from the “ADRA Ukraine” Foundation and the World Food Program (WFP) continues to flow to the Pokrovsk community. 4,000 loaves of bread will be distributed to residents of the villages of Hryshyne, Lysivka, Pishchane, and Pershe Travnya. The rescue service of the Kirovohrad Oblast deployed 17 mobile Points of Invincibility (Nezlamnosti) for the population. In Kalush of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast a woman who justified russian aggression on the Internet was informed of suspicion. The illegal activities of the woman were documented by cyber police officers together with regional police officers. The impersonator created an account on the banned russian Odnoklassniki network. She distributed disinformation posts in which she supported the occupiers and threatened the soldiers of the Armed Forces. The detainee was informed of the suspicion under part 1, 2 of Art. 436-1 and part 2, 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigators also submitted a petition to the court to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention.
On November 20, Serhii Biziuk from Ostroh was killed near Bakhmut in the Donetsk Oblast.

Employees of the Hertsaiv city council together with the mayor visited the East of Ukraine. This time they took two vehicles for compatriots defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Armed Forces.
