Kyiv and Munich are establishing inter-municipal cooperation to develop the capital in times of war. As part of their working visit to Ukraine, representatives of the European political party Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, led by its President Timothy Dulley (Ireland), visited Irpin. Their visit is to review the progress of the city’s recovery and see how they can support Ukraine and the hero city of Irpin so that residents can return home as soon and as safely as possible. During the meeting, they discussed opportunities for cooperation and its promising areas.
In the Kyiv OMA, keys to apartments were handed over to 31 families who lost their homes due to russian military aggression. The event was attended by Dmytro Nazarenko, acting head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, representatives of raions and communities. The apartments for the families were purchased under the New Home Program for 2022-2023 at the expense of the oblast budget. Housing was provided to families from 9 communities of the Kyiv Oblast.
For the performance of combat missions in Irpin and the defense of the Kyiv Oblast, members of the Antytila band – Taras Topolia, Serhiy Vusyk, Dmytro Zholud, and their brothers-in-arms from the 130th Territorial Defense Battalion were awarded the “Honor. Glory. State” medals.
Zhytomyr Oblast

The honorary award of the Oblast Council “Honor and Glory of the Zhytomyr Oblast” was posthumously awarded to the former head of the Dovbysh village, a volunteer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Domashyn. The hero was killed in August 2022, while liberating the Kherson Oblast from the invaders.
The 115th Detached Territorial Defense Brigade of the Zhytomyr Oblast is undergoing combat coordination at the border. The soldiers have practiced tactics to deter the enemy, which helps to improve their combat skills.
Almost every day since February 24, the Humanitarian Hub “Zhytomyr” has been sending drones, cars, thermal imagers, tactical first-aid kits. and other equipment to the army. Today, another batch of aid, comprising motor vehicles and drones, will go to the 190th training center.

Yesterday, russians shelled the border areas of the Chernihiv Oblast with mortars and tube artillery. In particular, the Snovsk and Semenivka communities came under fire. Observers reported two hits in the vicinity of the village of Kliusy and four hits in near the village of Leonivka.
The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has delivered seven tons of power equipment to Chernihivoblenergo to restore electricity supply in the oblast. The aid was provided by four countries: Italy, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, and Sweden. According to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Halushchenko, the aid package includes generators, power transformers, and materials needed for restoration works.
Yesterday in Nizhyn, they said goodbye to the commander of the aviation squadron of the 299th Tactical Aviation Brigade, Danylo Murashko.

Kharkiv Oblast
Over the past day, russian occupiers shelled Kupiansk, Vovchansk, Strilecha, Dvorichna, and other border settlements of the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk raions.
Unfortunately, a 62-year-old civilian man was killed in the shelling of Vovchansk. An 83-year-old woman was wounded. She is hospitalized in the state of moderate severity. Also, apartment buildings, industrial facilities, and the building of the raion department of the National Police were damaged in the city.
In Kupiansk, as a result of enemy shelling, a transport infrastructure facility was destroyed and private residential houses were damaged.
Donetsk Oblast
The enemy continues to carry out attacks in the Lyman and Bakhmut sectors, suffering heavy losses. Russian invaders conduct unsuccessful offensive actions in the Avdiivka and Novopavlivka areas. Thus, during January 30, russian troops shelled 10 settlements in the Donetsk Oblast.
Over the past day, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled the occupiers’ attacks near Yampolivka, Spirne, Krasna Hora, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Ivanivske, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, and Vuhledar in the Donetsk Oblast.
On January 30, the russians wounded 3 residents of the Donetsk Oblast: in Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, and Bakhmut.
Since February 24, the russians have killed 1,335 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 2,933. The number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
In the Avdiivka sector, Berdychi, Tonenke, Severne, Vodiane, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Maryinka, and Pobeda in the Donetsk Oblast came under enemy tank, mortar and artillery fire.
In the Donetsk sector, one person was wounded in Kurakhove yesterday afternoon, two high-rise buildings and three private houses were damaged. At night and in the morning, there were two artillery attacks on Avdiivka; no casualties were reported.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
In the direction of Bakhmut, Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, Bilohorivka, Vesele, Krasna Hora, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Ozarianivka, Druzhba, Ivanopillia and New York of the Donetsk Ob last were affected by fire.

With the support of the Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine, specialists of the Kramatorskyi Vodokanal”utility company ” are installing ground fire hydrants that will provide water for special vehicles of the State Emergency Service for firefighting, as well as for refueling cars with drinking water in the absence of centralized water supply in the city.
South oblasts
Mykolaivv Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy carried out artillery strikes with anti-aircraft missiles on the water area and the settlement of the Ochakiv community. As a result, administrative buildings, residential buildings and farm buildings were destroyed and damaged. There are no casualties.
Also yesterday, the enemy shelled the Kutsuruby community with multiple rocket launchers. There were no injuries or damage.
In Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanska raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.
Yesterday, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the Prime Minister of Denmark, Mette Frederikse, paid a working visit to the Mykolaiv Oblast. The delegation included Minister of Defense of Denmark Jakob Elleman-Jensen, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark Lars Lücke Rasmussen, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine — Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba. Together they visited one of the port enterprises of the Oblast, which was fired upon by the russians. They discussed the current economic situation and possible support for business in the Oblast. They visited a water purification station. This is a project that was implemented with the assistance of our partners from Denmark. There they discussed the issues of water purification and re-equipment of water pumping stations in the city.
Kherson Oblast
During the day, russian troops shelled the Kherson community 11 times. In total, since November 20, 2022, 1,739 shellings have been recorded in the community, 74 people were killed, including one child, and 207 were injured, including five children.
During the day, russian troops shelled the communities of Beryslav, Novovorontsovka, and Novooleksandrivka. Educational institutions, residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged.
In the Kherson direction, russian troops fired multiple rocket launchers, barrel artillery and mortars of the past era at seven settlements of the Kherson Oblast: Odradokamianka, Ivanivka, Tokarivka, Antonivka, Pervomaiske, Veletenske and Kherson.

Kirovohrad Oblast

The “Kryvyi Rih Volunteer Community” team organized a charity collection of waste paper for the benefit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Mostly volunteers collect russian literature. So far, volunteers have handed over 340 kilograms of waste paper. They received a little more than a thousand hryvnias. These funds were spent on 27 disposable showers. They plan to hand them over to the Ukrainian military this week.
Nikopol Hospital No.4 received German portable filtering units for water purification from benefactors. The units will be installed in the food block of the hospital. They were handed over by the public organization “Lviv Ecological Foundation”.

Poltava Oblast received several batches of humanitarian aid from international donors. 3,000 pillows, sets of bed linen and blankets, 1,500 towels and 1,000 thermoses were handed over by the UN. 660 beds with mattresses were delivered by the International Committee of the Red Cross. 4 generators were received from the State Agency of Strategic Reserves of Poland. 24 generators were received from the International Organization for Migration. In Poltava, funds are being collected for Starlink for military officer Oleksandr Maslak. Before the war, the soldier was involved in athletics and worked as a school teacher. Now the man stands in defense of Ukraine and performs combat missions.
The monument to Pushkin is planned to be dismantled in the Hadiach community. The monument is located in the village of Bilenchenkivka. Soon it will be transferred to the Hadiach Historical and Local History Museum for temporary storage.

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Lviv Oblast

Rivne Oblast
In the Rivne Oblast, the Security Service of Ukraine exposed a former employee of the Rivne NPP who justified the actions of the russian invaders. The criminal has repeatedly discredited Ukrainian military personnel. During the search, computer equipment and a mobile phone, which were used to distribute anti-Ukrainian materials, were seized. The perpetrator was informed of the suspicion.
In Rivne, animal rights activists organized a photo shoot for homeless cats and dogs with disabilities. Thus, within the framework of the “X-Men” project, money is collected for the rehabilitation of injured animals.

Residents of Sokyriany community handed over aid to the soldiers in the Kharkiv direction. It is about three thermal imagers and two generators. Caring residents of the community, natives of the region living abroad, relatives and friends of the defenders joined the fundraising. They also filled the car with all the necessary things: trench candles, camouflage nets, fresh baked goods, fragrant homemade dishes, preserves, honey and many different goodies.
Large families and IDPs living in Nedoboivtsi community received humanitarian aid from the Bukovyna Communities Development Agency. It is about 30 sets with products and hygiene products. They were also given to families raising children with disabilities.
193 wards are cared for in the Khotyn psychoneurological boarding house: they are treated, rehabilitated, and have leisure time organized. 47 of them are IDPs who came to the institution from Luhansk and Kharkiv oblasts.
Zakarpattia Oblast
More than 52 million hryvnias of “chief aid” will be directed to military units located in Uzhgorod. Of these, 44.8 million hryvnias for 2023 will be directed in Uzhgorod to the Program of Chief Assistance to Military Units located in the city for 2023-2024.
