Kyiv

The people of Kyiv propose to create a Pantheon of Heroes in the capital to honor the memory of the fallen Heroes who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of Ukraine during the War of Independence.

Kharkiv Oblast

Mine clearance in the oblast continues. During the day, pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service removed and neutralized 45 explosive devices.
Donetsk Oblast
On March 18, three people were killed in the Donetsk Oblast as a result of shelling by the russian army, and 18 other residents of the oblast were wounded.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,418 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast and wounded another 3,239. The number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
The day before, the russians attacked Kramatorsk with Smerch and Uragan MLRS cluster munitions, killing 2 people and wounding 10. 76 private houses, a high-rise building, 2 utility companies, a football arena, part of the State Emergency Service and Bernatskyi Park were damaged in the city. As of today, there are two dead and eight wounded, three of them in serious condition.
Kostiantynivka suffered 3 artillery bombardments and 5 volleys of cluster munitions from Uragan MLRS munitions – 1 person was killed and 5 wounded. 20 private houses, a high-rise building, a school and a shop were damaged. Another house was partially destroyed in Mykolaivka.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
The main efforts of the enemy are focused on attempts to completely capture the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. In order to achieve its goals, it continues offensive actions on the territory of the Pokrovsk Raion, namely in the Avdiivka and Marinka directions.
In the Donetsk direction, the night passed relatively calmly. Periodic shelling of the Marinka community and one shelling of Avdiivka took place, houses on three streets were damaged.
Today, volunteers from the International Headquarters for Aid to Ukrainians, together with the “Sky of Ukraine” charitable foundation, delivered 20 tons of humanitarian cargo to the Donetsk Oblast, intended for the residents of Avdiivka and soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who are holding positions around the city. These are food items, as well as dressing materials, sleeping bags, lanterns, trench candles and a generator. The volunteers handed over all this to the leadership of the Avdiivka City Military Administration.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
The russian military continues its offensive in the Bakhmut direction, and also actively uses artillery. In this direction, russian soldiers shelled 352 times with various types of artillery during the day.
In Bakhmut, two civilians were injured, three high-rise buildings and two private houses were damaged. In the Soledar community, four houses were damaged in Vasiukivka.
In the Lysychansk direction, shelling of Siversk and Serebrianka was recorded. There are no casualties, but there are damaged houses.
Mariupol

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Kirovohrad Oblast

In particular, 12 tractor drivers and machinists at the farm in the village of Velyka Vyska in the Novoukrainika Raion were mobilized for military service. Only one manager remained at the workplace. According to him, if it is not possible to reach an agreement with the pensioners, he will work in the field during the sowing season himself.

More than 300 applications were submitted to move into the modular town in Poltava. Accommodation will be provided primarily to IDPs who live in schools of the Poltava community. Modular houses have been assembled and should be equipped with furniture, and the surrounding area should be asphalted. People are planned to settle in April.
Western Oblasts
Rivne Oblast
Volunteers from the Rivne Oblast organize trips to the de-occupied territory of the Kherson Oblast to the destroyed village of Oleksandrivka. Some of them are engaged in construction work, and the rest – in feeding the locals. Before each visit, volunteers make preparations for future meals, collect humanitarian aid and firewood. In total, 160 volunteers from the Sarna Raion came to rebuild the village.
An offline Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs Hub for women entrepreneurs will operate in the Rivne Oblast in the Goshchany community. In total, four communities were chosen in Ukraine, which will start their activities in the spring of 2023.
Zakarpattia Oblast
In the course of March, almost 40 enterprises in the Zakarpattia Oblast were approved for applications for designation as critically important.
The Ukrainian Veterans Fund has launched a microfinancing program for businesses of veterans and their family members. From the Zakarpattia Oblast, 3 veteran entrepreneurs have already received 20,000 hryvnias compensation for the purchase of goods and equipment for running their own business from the fund.
Recruitment for the psychological support group for families of military personnel who have lost loved ones as a result of hostilities is underway. The group meeting will be held once every two weeks in the public space “Tree of My Life”.
