Northern oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
In Washington, a delegation from Irpin took part in the international Meridian Diplomacy Forum 2023. It was attended by diplomats, businessmen, and representatives of large American corporations. Irpin was represented by Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn, Chairman of the Investment Council Volodymyr Karpliuk, and the manager of affairs of the Executive Committee Dmytro Nehresha. They spoke about Irpin before the war, its heroic defense and difficult reconstruction.
Since the de-occupation of the Kyiv Oblast, bomb squads have already removed more than 2,000 pieces of ammunition and destroyed more than 800 explosive devices.
Chernihiv Oblast
On April 14, around 4 p.m., russians attacked an industrial enterprise in the Semenivka community with guided aerial bombs. The strike resulted in the destruction of several buildings. Preliminarily, one employee of the enterprise was wounded.
Russian troops shelled the border village of Hremiach with tube artillery. Eight explosions were recorded.
Sumy Oblast
In the afternoon, the russian military dropped 6 explosive devices from UAVs on the border town of Seredyna-Buda in the Sumy Oblast. A private house and three cars were damaged.
At night, russian forces attacked Bilopillia in the Sumy Oblast with Grad MLRS. A total of 24 projectiles were launched; one person was wounded.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy continued to terrorize the civilian population of the border towns and villages of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk raions with shelling.
As a result of shelling, a medical institution was damaged in Vovchansk. A 62-year-old employee was wounded and hospitalized in moderate condition. The building of the institution was significantly damaged. Also, 5 private residential buildings were damaged by shelling in Vovchansk.
Starytsia, Strilecha, Dvorichna, Krasne Pershe and other settlements were also under hostile fire yesterday.
Mine danger remains high in the oblast. In the Izium Raion, a 44-year-old electrician of the Borova district power grid was wounded as a result of hitting an explosive device during repair works. He was hospitalized in moderate condition.
In Izium, a 29-year-old woman stepped on a hostile explosive device in a market. She was hospitalized in moderate condition.
Mine clearance is underway. Over the past day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service neutralized 167 explosive devices.
Donetsk Oblast
On April 14, as a result of shelling by the russian army in the Donetsk Oblast, 85 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged. The russian military shelled nine settlements in the Oblast with S-300, Grad and Uragan multiple rocket launchers, artillery, and mortars.
In just one day, the russians killed nine people in the Donetsk Oblast and injured 22 more.
Since February 24, 2022, russian weapons have killed 1,469 civilians in the Donetsk oblast, and another 3,392 people have been injured. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
Two more people died as a result of yesterday’s attack on Sloviansk. Their bodies were retrieved from the rubble today. Thus, the number of dead has increased to 11. 22 people were injured.
The search operation at the scene of the tragedy continues. Rescuers are looking for people who may still be under the destroyed house. Previously, it is about four more people. 34 apartment buildings, 20 private homes, civil infrastructure objects and 12 cars were destroyed and damaged.
As a result of the shelling of Kostiantynivka this afternoon, one person was injured. An artillery shell of the russian army hit near a pharmacy in the center of the city. Another projectile hit the roof of a residential high-rise building. There were no casualties.
In the Lysychansk direction, two hits of Torske and two hits of Zarichne of the Lyman community were recorded. Nno one was injured.
The city authorities decided to completely ban visiting cemeteries. Residents of Kramatorsk were also reminded to strictly observe the curfew. All religious ceremonies will begin after 5:00.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
In the direction of Avdiivka, the enemy shelled Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske and Karlivka.
In the Marinka direction, our defenders repelled numerous enemy attacks in the area of the Marinka settlement of the Donetsk Oblast over the past day. At the same time, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka came under enemy fire.
It was possible to establish information about one wounded person in Mariinka.
More than 1,800 people remain in Avdiivka, including three minor children.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
The industrial zone in the Chasiv Yar community and the surroundings of the Toretsk community are under fire. In the Soledar community, three houses were damaged in Fedorivka.
Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion
In the Volnovakha direction, Vuhledar and Prechistivka were under fire. There are no casualties.
Mariupol
In school No. 54, russian occupying soldiers came to the children’s lesson with weapons. Children had to learn to handle it and shoot.

Mykolaiv Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy carried out artillery shelling with the use of MLRS and heavy artillery on Ochakiv, the water area and the coast of the Ochakiv community. There is damage to infrastructure facilities. There are no casualties.
In Mykolaiv, the Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanska raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
During the past day, April 14, the russian military shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of 15 settlements of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast: 55 artillery shells, four air strikes, one attack from a drone and one from an MLRS.
In the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, russians can issue summonses not only in a paper form, but also in an electronic one. For this purpose, they created an electronic register of conscripts. First of all, this applies to residents who have taken a passport of the russian federation.
Odessa Oblast
The russian army has increased the number of warships in the Black Sea to 12. Among them there are two missile carriers with eight Calibers on board.
On April 15, a survey among Odesa residents began regarding the renaming of two districts of the city: Suvorovskyi to Peresypskyi and Malinovskyi to Khadzhibeiskyi.
Easter services will be held in 472 churches in Odesa. They will be monitored by more than two thousand law enforcement officers,
Kherson Oblast
Over the past 24 hours, the russian army has shelled more than 40 settlements located along the battle line in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia directions. Kherson was shelled nine times. Shells hit residential quarters and the territory of the river port. Eight people were injured.
Kherson was also shelled at night. There were no casualties or injuries. Hits were recorded in the Korabel microdistrict, in Stepanivka and Molodizhne suburbs.
The aggressor also fired at Zmiivka, Beryslav Raion. One person died, two were injured.
Yesterday, russian military drones attacked police official vehicles in Kherson and Beryslav. Three law enforcement officers were injured.
In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson Oblast in the zone of 20-30 kilometers near the Dnipro River, the most cases of robberies by the russian military are recorded. The occupiers are looting enterprises and infrastructure facilities, including those involved in ensuring the livelihood of communities.
This afternoon, the russians attacked the Tavriyskyi microdistrict of Kherson. The shells hit the territory near the educational institution. A 48-year-old woman and her 28-year-old daughter died. They received mine-explosive injuries incompatible with life.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of April 15, the russian army shelled the Nikopol Raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with heavy artillery. Consequences are being clarified.
In Dnipro, 249 hospitals, kindergartens and shops were inspected by rescuers-pyrotechnics after a report of suspected mining. No explosives were found.
The “Design of Victory” exhibition opened at Kryvyi Rih Pedagogical University. It features containers-tubes from artillery systems and tank gun casings painted by students. Exhibits for painting were provided by soldiers from the battalion of the 17th separate Kryvyi Rih tank brigade named after Kostiantyn Pestushko. After the exhibition, a charity auction will be held, the proceeds will be sent to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, the Kamianske reservoir was replenished with fish – 184 kilograms of carp, white grass carp and walleye.
Kirovohrad Oblast
In the Kirovohrad Oblast, about 500 police officers will monitor security and order during Easter services.
The curfew has been shortened in the region for Easter: people cannot be on the streets from midnight to 4:00 a.m.
As a result of the flood, gardens and beaches were flooded in Vlasivka, Svitlovodsk Raion, Kirovohrad Oblast. The village is located on the shore of the Kremenchuk reservoir. The inflow of water along the Dnipro Cascades has decreased.
In Bobrynets, Kirovohrad Oblast, 700 paskas [traditional Easter cakes] were baked for the soldiers from the community who are at the front. A hundred employees of the city lyceum, school and two kindergartens baked these pastries. Dry soups, dry borscht, delicacies, teas, honey with nuts and trench candles were also handed over.
Western Oblasts
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Kamianets-Podilskyi
On the occasion of Easter, the Kamianets-Podilskyi community took care of elderly single people, old women with disabilities, IDPs who volunteer, family members of fallen Heroes, and internally displaced children. They received food packages and Easter pastries. Also, children from local schools, volunteers, and cultural institutions formed Easter gifts for soldiers at the front. In total, more than 3,000 food kits and paskas were distributed.
Chernivtsi Oblast
The head of the Chernivtsi Oblast Military Administration, Ruslan Zaparaniuk, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine, Anka Feldhusen. They discussed the development of foreign trade and investment cooperation of the Chernivtsi Oblast with Germany, joint social projects. Also, Ruslan Zaparaniuk and the EU Ambassador, Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Matti Maasikas analyzed the prospects of international cooperation and support for Ukraine during the war.
The Cheresh psychoneurological boarding house received humanitarian aid. These are wheelchairs and diapers. The cargo came from the “Ukrainian Team” volunteer headquarters.
Residents of the Kamianka community sent another humanitarian shipment to the Kherson Oblast. Residents of Bukovyna handed over about 2,000 kg of humanitarian goods: 150 food kits, 100 kits with personal hygiene products, sweets, basic necessities, clothes.
Zakarpattia Oblast
Today, on Easter Saturday, the mayor of Uzhgorod visited the wounded soldiers who are currently undergoing treatment and rehabilitation in city medical institutions. He thanked them for their courage and presented them with a gift.
In Mukachevo, volunteers organized a charity fair to raise funds for a drone for the military. The townspeople could hand-made products – earrings, bracelets, motanka dolls and Easter accessories.
An Easter exhibition of artists from the Zakarpattia Oblast has opened in Uzhhorod. Paintings, graphics, works of decorative and applied art by 35 authors are presented there. The exhibition will last for two weeks.
The comic book and the book of the author from the Zakarpattia Oblast, Ivan Popovych, entitled “Mythology” and “Carpathian Mermaid” will be presented at the London Book Fair.
