Kyiv
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko discussed with Berlin Mayor Kai Wegner further assistance and the transfer of city buses and municipal equipment by Berin to Kyiv. They also discussed the German capital’s assistance in establishing a municipal prosthetics center for the military in Kyiv.
Berlin is already ready to send several prosthetics technicians from innovative Berlin companies to share experience with and provide practical training for Ukrainian specialists.
Vitaliy Klitschko also met with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to discuss speeding up the delivery of long-range Taurus missiles to Ukraine.

Kyiv Oblast
Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, and Lieutenant General Serhiy Naiev, Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spoke about the video surveillance system that allows for effective protection of the state border, critical infrastructure facilities, and detection of saboteurs.

Zhytomyr Oblast
A member of a terrorist organization of the so-called “donetsk people’s republic” was sentenced in absentia to 12 years in prison in Zhytomyr. In 2014, he joined the battalion of the 1st army corps of the so-called “dpr” (formerly the “Somali” unit) and has been fighting to this day.
In Zhytomyr, the Social Kitchen charity project feeds up to 600 people daily. The project is funded by international philanthropists. Over the past year, the social kitchen has served more than a hundred thousand hot meals to IDPs, wards of the territorial center, and people with visual impairments.
Chernihiv Oblast
A cache of ammunition left by the russian military was found in non-residential buildings in one of the settlements of the Chernihiv Oblast, which had been temporarily occupied by the russian troops.
Sumy Oblast
During the day of September 14, the russian military carried out 26 shelling attacks on the border areas of the Sumy Oblast. 151 explosions were recorded.

Kharkiv Oblast
In the oblast, the villages of Strilecha in the Kharkiv Raion, Pletenivka in the Chuhuiv Raion, Stepova Novoselivka and Kotliarivka in the Kupiansk Raion were subjected to airstrikes by the occupiers.
The settlements of Kucherivka, Kyslivka, Ivanivka, Synkivka, Berestove in the Kupiansk Raion, as well as Neskuchne in the Kharkiv Raion, Nesterne, Okhrymivka, and Budarky in the Chuhuiv Raion came under hostile shelling and mortar fire.
The enemy continues to support the group of troops guarding the state border. Enemy troops are conducting active subversive activities in the border areas to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops. Besides, the enemy is increasing the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.
Artillery shelling of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv Raion, damaged 5 private houses. There were no casualties.
The enemy shelled the village of Podoly, Kupiansk Raion, inflicting damage to a private household. There was no information about casualties.
In the town of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv Raion, an outbuilding of a private household was on fire as a result of shelling. There were no casualties.
During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the oblast surveyed 5.4 hectares of territory and neutralized 56 explosive devices.
Donetsk Oblast
Russian troops launched 21 attacks on the Donetsk Oblast. The enemy focused fire on 13 towns and villages in the Donetsk Oblast.
On September 14, one person was injured in the Donetsk Oblast as a result of shelling by the russian army. There were no reports of casualties.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
Over the past day, the Kostiantynivka community was under numerous shelling attacks. The russian military fired using Smerch MLRS and artillery. The shells damaged a private house, an enterprise, power grids, and outbuildings.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
Yesterday, the russian military fired artillery at the House of Prayer in Krasnohorivka, wounding a 49-year-old woman.
Novodmytrivka came under artillery fire. Three private houses and power lines were destroyed.
In Pokrovsk, compensation for destroyed housing was approved for seven residents of the city, whose homes were destroyed as a result of russian shelling in the winter of 2023. The applicants will be paid from 600,000 to 1.6 million hryvnias.
Over the next two weeks, stray animals will be sterilized and vaccinated against rabies in the Pokrovsk community. This will be done by employees of the Kharkiv-based NGO Zoocontrol. So far, 36 animals have been sterilized.
Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion
The russian army shelled Shakhtarske with Grad MLRS, damaging at least 19 private houses.
Defense forces of Ukraine liberated the village of Andriivka. During the storming of the village, the Ukrainian troops surrounded the russian garrison and eliminated it along with officers, combatants, and the head of brigade intelligence.
Luhansk Oblast
Yesterday, the russians opened fire on Nevske in the morning and in the afternoon. One house was completely destroyed, two more have damage of varying degrees. Nadiia and Novoyehorivka withstood air strikes. Nevske and Bilohorivka were damaged by the enemy’s artillery and mortar attacks.
Southern oblasts
Mykolaiv Oblast
Yesterday, September 14, the enemy struck the water area of the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.
Also, in the morning, on September 15, the occupiers attacked the open territory of the Radisny Sad territorial community with MLRS. There is no damage or casualties.
In Mykolaiv, the Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanska raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The russian army fired 118 times on the towns and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast yesterday, September 14. It carried out six airstrikes on Orikhiv, used multiple rocket launchers nine times on eight settlements, and carried out 94 artillery strikes on the territory of 12 villages.
A 34-year-old man was wounded as a result of an artillery strike on Preobrazhenka yesterday.
In the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, an explosion rang out this morning, which was also heard in the suburbs. According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred in the northern part, where the airfield is located.
In the Melitopol direction, the Defense Forces continue their offensive operation, in the area of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The occupying forces inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment.
Odesa Oblast
In the Black Sea, the russian army has deployed a group that is not typical of recent times: 20 ships and boats have been deployed on duty so far. The Zyklon missile carrier, which can carry up to eight Kalibr missiles, also went to sea.
Odesa police officers joined in maintaining law and order during the Hasidic pilgrimage to Uman in the Cherkasy Oblast. As of 8 a.m. on September 15, more than 32,000 Hasidim had arrived to celebrate the Jewish New Year – Rosh HaShanah. They will celebrate the 5,784th anniversary on the night of September 15-16.
Kherson Oblast
During September 14, the russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 91 times. An administrative building and a church in the Beryslav Raion, a critical infrastructure object in the Kherson Raion were damaged. Shells also hit the territory of the factory in Kherson. A child died, another one and five adults were injured.
Around midnight, the russian military shelled the residential quarters of Kherson. There are no casualties or injuries. There are ruined roofs, pierced and broken walls in high-rise buildings.
In Nova Kakhovka, the Sokil residential area came under fire. Previously, the russian army launched a guided aerial bomb from a russian Su-34 aircraft. The bomb did not reach the right bank and fell in Nova Kakhovka. The destruction is serious, information about the victims is being clarified.
The Defense Council of the Kherson Oblast adopted a decision on the mandatory evacuation of families with children from 30 dangerous settlements. The length of the curfew has also been changed: it will start at 8:00 p.m. and last until 06:00 a.m.
Central oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
The transport object was damaged due to the shelling of the Nikopol Raion on the night of September 15. With heavy artillery, russian troops hit the Chervonohryhorivka and Marganets communities. There are no casualties or injuries.
Kirovohrad Oblast
On the night of September 15, information about explosions in the Kirovohrad Oblast appeared on monitoring channels. However, the Kirovohrad Oblast Military Administration denied this information.
This year, the Oleksandriia City Council allocated 16 million hryvnias to support defenders. Ten million hryvnias of this amount were directed to the defense forces. 2.5 million went to the treatment of the wounded, 2.5 million to the families of the dead, and one million to material assistance to the wounded.
Two sisters Olha and Liudmyla serve in the 121st territorial defense brigade of the Kirovohrad Oblast. They left their jobs in the rear of Holovanivsk, because they decided that during a full-scale war, they should help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They do in the army what they know how to do by profession. Olha provides legal advice and Liudmila is a medical assistance.
In Kropyvnytskyi, a “Generous Donut Basket” fair was organized by local producers for the City Day. 20% of the proceeds will go to the Armed Forces. The townspeople placed the flowers purchased at the fair near the installations for the fallen defenders on Heroes’ Maidan Square.
Cherkasy Oblast
In Cherkasy, a rally is held under the walls of the city hall. A few dozen residents of Cherkasy with posters demand from the authorities to increase the financing of the army, giving up in return those expenditures that are less urgent during the war.

A free English course for the elderly is being launched in Cherkassy. A special program was developed for them, which will allow them to learn the language from scratch. In this way, volunteers strive to destroy the stereotype that a new language can be mastered only at a young age.
Vinnytsia Oblast
More than 300 cadets, students and lyceum students of the Higher Vocational School of the Lviv State University of Life Safety, which works in Vinnytsia, took an oath of loyalty to the Ukrainian people.
Five medical facilities of the city received the ten-ton humanitarian cargo, which arrived in Vinnytsia from the French association AIMA. These are beds, wheelchairs, bed linen and medical boxes.
Western Oblasts
Lviv Oblast
Security guards will be added to schools in Lviv to ensure people have 24-hour access to shelters during air alerts. First of all, we are talking about night watchmen who will unlock school shelters on weekday nights and on weekends.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
The Khmelnytskyi Oblast was attacked by the enemy tonight. The launches of 17 attack drones were recorded, which were moving along different routes in the direction of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast. They are all destroyed.
At the same time, as a result of the shooting down of the “Shaheed” drone, debris fell in one of the villages of the Khmelnytskyi Raion. 12 houses, windows in the boiler room, 28 windows in the school and power lines were damaged. Restoration work is already underway.
Kamianets-Podilskyi
The council of volunteers and internally displaced persons under the mayor’s office together with the city authorities discussed the possibility of establishing a rehabilitation center for military personnel, a project on free ophthalmological examination and the selection and provision of glasses to vulnerable categories of the population.
Today there was a meeting of police officers of the community with the management of educational institutions. Ten sheriffs ensure law and order and protect the peace of the city and 12 nearby villages. They are divided into districts and each has its own area of responsibility.
On September 14-15, the Kamianets-Podilskyi city organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine will host guests to exchange experience at the national level regarding the organization’s activities and implementation of projects.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Defenders Hleb Lakusta, Ihor Shevchuk, Ivan Varchuk, Anatolii Kramar, Illia Komaritsa and Yurii Tsaryk were posthumously awarded honorary degrees of the Chernivtsi Oblast Council “For services to Bukovyna”.
In Bukovyna, the winners of the grant competition for business support under the PEARL Program have been determined. Thus, financial assistance was provided to 7 relocated enterprises and 7 business projects of veterans of the russian-Ukrainian war or their family members, as well as a project on starting one’s own business by an internally displaced person.
In the Chernivtsi Oblast there are 6,000 free places for internally displaced people to live. There, in particular, they will be able to receive residents of regions where problems with heat supply are expected. Currently, 85,000 IDPs are registered in Bukovyna. According to unofficial data, 120,000 of them live in the oblast.
In the Storozhynets multidisciplinary intensive care hospital, a second inclusive ward was built thanks to the support of the Japanese organization AAR Japan.
Plastic bottle caps are collected in Novodnistrovsk. They will be sent for processing, and the funds received will be transferred to the purchase of Ukrainian-made drones for units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The action takes place within the framework of the “KRYLA” project, initiated by the “OVES” charitable foundation.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
President Volodymyr Zelenskyi honored two soldiers of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians from the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, Ivan Lutskyi and Petro Kochereshchuk, for the defense of Vuhledar.
In Kolomyia, two memorial plaques were opened to the soldiers of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade “Edelweiss” – Serhii Hashynskyi and Myroslav Vasylchuk.
Ternopil Oblast
Additionally, more than 15.7 million UAH will be allocated from the budget of the Ternopil community to help the military. Corresponding changes to the “Program for ensuring the defense capability of the military formations of the Ternopil Garrison and the military conscription of the Ternopil City Territorial Community for 2023” were made at the regular session of the city council.
The status of a fighter for the independence of Ukraine in the 20th century was awarded to the 16th Ternopil residents. Such a decision was taken by the deputies during the session of the Ternopil City Council.
Zakarpattia Oblast
Zakarpattia customs once again handed over the confiscated property, according to the decision of the court, the defense council of the oblast and the direction of the Zakarpattia Oblast Military Administration. This time we are talking about goods worth almost UAH 2 million. They were transferred to the needs of the State Emergency Service and the State Border Service.
Representatives of about 40 enterprises and organizations took part in the “Vacancy Fair” in Uzhhorod. At the event, they talked about their work and what employees they were looking for. In total, about 1,000 vacancies were presented.
The humanitarian aid center “Owl’s Nest” provided the displaced people with clothes, bed linen and dishes during the week. A total of 2,400 units were issued. Humanitarian aid was provided in partnership with international charitable foundations.
