Kharkiv Oblast
Up to 20 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast have come under artillery and mortar fire over the last day.
Yesterday evening, russian troops struck Lyubotyn near Kharkiv with S-300 missiles, damaging the city’s polyclinic, a training and production plant, a fitness club, and private households. No one was injured or killed.
Vovchansk has been under attack twice. Also on February 11, the russian army shelled Borova, Izium Raion, destroying a cultural center.
On the night of February 12, russia shelled Vovchansk, Slobozhanske, and Liptsy: private houses and a gas pipeline were damaged and destroyed.

Donetsk Oblast

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
199 strikes were carried out by the russian army on 22 settlements of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast during the day, February 11. In particular, it attacked Novodarivka and Robotyne with six aerial missiles, and used anti-aircraft missiles, UAVs and artillery against other settlements.
Odesa Oblast

Kherson Oblast

Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of February 12, air defense forces shot down a russian missile in the Novomoskovsk Raion, and 6 drones – in the Pavlohrad Raion.
Russian troops attacked Pavlohrad with drones. About 29,000 subscribers of the Pavlohrad and Synelnykove raions lost power. There are water outages.
Seven mines and a factory were cut off in the Pavlohrad Raion due to the hits by the anti-aircraft missiles. At the time of the attack, more than 1,000 workers were underground. People were not brought to the surface, because the mines and the plant recovered according to the backup scheme.
