Northern oblasts

Kyiv

The Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Nikolai Denkov, and some other Bulgarian ministers arrived in Kyiv on an official visit. They reached an agreement with the Ukrainian authorities to intensify the development of logistics and infrastructure.

Military exercises involving units of the Kyiv Defense Forces have started in Darnytskyi district and will last for several days. The district state administration reminds of the ban on filming the movement of military personnel and equipment.

Chernihiv Oblast

The russian military attacked five villages in the border area of the Chernihiv Oblast yesterday. There are no reports regarding the casualties or damage.

Sumy Oblast

Over the course of the day, the russian military shelled the Sumy Oblast 32 times. 182 explosions were recorded. Seven communities came under fire. As a result of the artillery shelling, more than 1,500 consumers in 8 settlements of the Sumy Oblast were left without electricity.

Today, on February 26, at 2 am, the russian military launched an air strike on the Yunakivka community. Four explosions of guided aerial bombs of the russian army were recorded. A couple of pensioners who happened to be at home were killed. One private house was destroyed and five others were damaged.

In the morning, 5 communities came under attack by the Russian army. 79 explosions were recorded.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Russian troops fired two S-300 missiles at Pisochyn in the Kharkiv Oblast. They destroyed a hangar with corn and damaged two more hangars with grain, a tractor, and some trucks.

Also, the russian military attacked a non-operational recreation center in the Chuhuiv Raion and shelled Velykyi Burluk.

In the Kupiansk sector, six russian attacks were repelled in the vicinity of Synkivka and Tabaivka in the Kharkiv Oblast.

Three drones were shot down by mobile fire teams in the Chuhuiv Raion last night.

A voluntary fire brigade has been formed in the Kupiansk community. It will be engaged in emergencies related to shelling, ruination, and fires in Kivsharivka and Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi.

Donetsk Oblast 

During February 25, the russian troops shelled the residential quarters of the Donetsk Oblast 21 times. 90 civilian objects were damaged and destroyed by shelling. The occupiers hit the front line 1,556 times.

On February 25, five people were injured by shelling from the occupiers in the Donetsk Oblast.

The Ukrainian military repelled 78 assaults by the russian army in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. The invaders attacked mostly in the Mariinka and Avdiivka directions.

Bakhmut and the Bakhmut Raion

According to preliminary information, on February 24, in the Bakhmut direction, the russian military committed another war crime – they shot 9 Ukrainian prisoners, probably soldiers of the 92nd separate mechanized brigade.  

Southern Oblasts

Mykolaiv Oblast

During February 25, russian troops carried out mortar and artillery shelling of the Ochakiv community, and also launched a missile attack outside the settlement of the Stepove community. There were no casualties.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

213 strikes on cities and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast were carried out by the russian army during the day, February 25. In particular, there was a missile hit in Malyshivka and 11 aviation attacks in 5 communities. The enemy also used drones, artillery and multiple launch rocket systems.

Two men were injured as a result of today’s artillery shelling carried out by the russian army in Prymorske, the Vasylivka Raion.

Six attacks by the russian army in the Robotyne area and one in the area of the village of Huliaipilske, the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, were repelled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the past day.

Kherson Oblast

Over the past 24 hours, the russian army shelled the settlements of the Kherson community eight times. Lesions were recorded in Kherson, Antonivka and Sadove. Three high-rise buildings, three private houses and a car were damaged. There are no casualties or injuries.

Central oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Two people were wounded in the evening of February 25 due to the shelling of the City of Dnipro. There is destruction in the private sector. Previously, four were injured. Ten private houses and several cars were damaged.

On the evening of February 25, russian troops attacked the Nikopol Raion. A kamikaze drone, heavy artillery, and Grad MLRS were used. An enterprise is damaged. There was a fire there. Buildings and cars were damaged. In the morning they hit the Myrove community. The consequences are being investigated.

In the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, eight air targets were destroyed that night: three missiles and five shaheed drones.

Kirovohrad Oblast

Yesterday, February 25, russian troops carried out a ballistic missile strike, probably a S-400 type missile, in the Kropyvnytskyi Raion of the Kirovohrad Oblast. There were no injuries or damage.

Western oblasts

Ivano_Frankivsk Oblast

In the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, a project for the rehabilitation of military and veterans was launched. Once a month, they will travel through mountains, raft down rivers and visit caves.
