Kyiv Oblast
Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the Kyiv Regional Military District Administration, and Eugenio Giani, Governor of the Tuscany Province, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation online. The goal is to strengthen social and humanitarian cooperation.
A land plot was allocated in Bucha for a new modular rehabilitation center. The hospital will strengthen the facility in Vorzel. American philanthropists will cover the cost of building the center for military and civilians.
Chernihiv Oblast
FPV drones, cannon artillery, and mortars were used by russian troops to attack four communities in Chernihiv Oblast’s border region.
In Pryluky Raion, Chernihiv Oblast, a tractor exploded on an unknown explosive device.
Sumy Oblast
At night and in the morning, the russian army fired 12 times at Sumy region. 56 explosions were recorded. 7 communities were hit. A person was wounded, 26 apartments, two households, a shop, a lyceum and a kindergarten were damaged.
On the night of March 5, the russian army used remote mining in the village of Marchykhina Buda in the Svesa community.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Vovchansk was shelled at least 27 times during the day: with “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, mortars, and cluster munitions. 11 residential buildings, outbuildings and cars were damaged.
A 49-year-old driver of an emergency medical center was wounded as a result of shelling of Senkove village in Kupiansk Raion.
A 67-year-old woman died as a result of shelling of Kurylivka in Kupiansk Raion. Russians shelled the village with artillery. One of the houses was destroyed.
A 55-year-old woman wounded in an air strike on Chorne village in Kupiansk Raion on February 15 died in hospital today.
In the Kupiansk sector, the russian army conducted seven attacks in the areas of Sinkivka and Tabayivka in an attempt to improve its tactical position.
A memorial plaque was unveiled in Kharkiv to the guardsmen of the 5th Slobozhanska Brigade who died on March 5, 2022, as a result of a russian air strike on a military camp.
Donetsk Oblast
Russian troops dropped six MRLS and a high-explosive aerial bomb on localities in Donetsk Oblast yesterday. Two shells did not explode. In total, the russian army shelled 13 localities in the Oblast. The shelling destroyed and damaged 18 civilian objects.
Ukrainian troops repelled 60 attacks by russian occupation forces in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. Most of the fighting took place in the Avdiyivka and Novopavlivka directions.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
In the morning, the russian occupants attacked Krasnohorivka with artillery. A 72-year-old man was killed.
Ukrainian Armed Forces stopped the advance of russian troops in the Avdiyivka sector near the villages of Berdychi and Tonenke.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
The russian military shelled Pivnichne village and Oleksandropil village in Donetsk Oblast. As a result, a woman was killed and a man was wounded by shrapnel.
Occupants are pressing from the flanks and launching frontal attacks near Ivanivske. Their target is Chasiv Yar. Heavy fighting continues in the Bakhmut sector. Most of the fighting took place in the Lyman sector over the yesterday – 18 attacks.

Mykolayiv Oblast

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
One man died as a result of enemy shelling of Rizdvianka village with cluster munitions. Another man was wounded as a result of shelling of Mala Tokmachka. Doctors are providing him with the necessary assistance. In total, russia-backed militants fired 295 times at 8 localities in Zaporizhzhia Oblast over the yesterday.
Odesa Oblast
At night, Odesa was attacked by “shaheds”: there was damage to the health facility building. A fire broke out, but the fire was quickly extinguished. A private house with a pier and outbuildings was also damaged in the recreation area. According to preliminary data, there are no injured.
Air defense forces destroyed 18 drones within the Odesa Oblast.
Kherson Oblast
During the past day, the russian military shelled 19 settlements in the Kherson Oblast. Eight high-rise buildings and 18 private houses, an educational institution, administrative buildings, and a gas station were damaged. There are hits in warehouses and the territory of the cemetery. One person is injured.
This morning, the russian army shelled Kherson. Two people were injured.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of March 5, russian troops struck Nikopol with the Uragan surface-to-air missile. There are no casualties or injuries.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast
For the first time, police psychologists held an art therapy session for wounded defenders in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast Art Museum. Ten fighters of the “Offensive Guard” took part in it.
Ternopil Oblast
In Ternopil Oblast, volunteers are conducting the campaign “Embroidery for a donation for drones”. During it, for the transfer of 200 hryvnias to help the Armed Forces, those willing can win an embroidered shirt.
Zakarpattia Oblast
In Zakarpattia, combatants and people with disabilities as a result of the war will receive dental prosthetics services free of charge in medical facilities of the region. Dentures of veterans will be financed from the regional budget.
