Northern Oblasts
Kyiv

Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
During the day, the border and front-line settlements of the Chuguyiv and Kupyansk raions were attacked by the russian federation. The fire due to hits on November 4 was not recorded.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled about 10 attacks by russians near Synkivka and Ivanivka in the Kharkiv Oblast per day.

The defense forces repelled 20 attacks each in the Avdiyivka and Maryinka areas during November 4.

Yesterday, the russian military launched artillery and mortar attacks on Nevsky and Belogorivka.

Mykolayiv Oblast

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

By decree of the President of Ukraine, a military man from Energodar, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Saveliy Fedan, was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi of the 3rd degree (posthumously).
In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, children set up an improvised checkpoint where they collect money for the needs of the Armed Forces. They stop cars and ask the drivers to tip. About 10 thousand hryvnias were collected in a month.
Odesa Oblast
In Odesa, 18 trees and large branches fell due to the storm. In the region, 50 settlements remain without electricity due to bad weather. Instead, electricity has already been restored to 84.
Kherson Oblast
Russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 100 times during the past day. They targeted the residential quarters of the population centers of the region, an educational institution in the Kherson raion. Two people died, six were injured.
Yesterday, the russian military carried out nine airstrikes in the Kherson Oblast, dropping more than 50 guided air bombs on the populated areas of the region.
A 55-year-old man was killed as a result of russian shelling of a residential quarter in Kherson on November 4, and a local resident was injured – she is in the hospital in a moderate condition.
Yesterday, the russian military dropped ammunition from a drone on a law enforcement officer’s car in Beryslav. A 43-year-old policeman and a 47-year-old local resident were injured. They were taken to the hospital.
At night, the russian army dropped a guided aerial bomb on the educational institution of the Dariv community of the Kherson Oblast. As a result of the attack, the building was destroyed, there were no casualties or injuries. In addition to the school, six private houses were damaged.
Today, the russian army shelled the Dnipro raion of Kherson. I took aim at an apartment building – the shells destroyed the second floor. Previously, a 61-year-old man was injured.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Poltava Oblast

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
A memorial plaque to soldier Andrii Tkachenko was unveiled on the facade of Lyceum #2 in Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. It was installed on the wall of the school where the soldier studied. The serviceman served as a machine gunner in the 65th separate mechanized brigade and died in the Zaporizhzhia sector in October 2022.
Ternopil Oblast
For the fourth time, the “Armed Forces in the First Place” rally is held in front of the city council in Ternopil. People demand to increase spending on the army.
A medical and social rehabilitation center in the village of Ilavche in Ternopil Oblast is funded by benefactors from Germany. Every month they allocate up to 6 thousand euros so that people can be treated there for free. Also, the Germans installed solar panels and a solid fuel boiler in the center.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 91 foster families have moved to Ternopil Oblast. Also, 7 family-type homes were moved from other regions. Instead, three family-type orphanages and 41 foster families left the region because of the war.
Zakarpattia Oblast
Three days of mourning have been declared in Zakarpattia due to the death of the soldiers of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade. On November 3, in a frontline village in Zaporizhzhia, a russian missile hit a group of soldiers of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade, who were gathered and lined up for the Day of Rocket Forces and Artillery.
