Northern oblasts
Kyiv

A military man who was preparing new russian attacks on the capital’s thermal power plants was detained in Kyiv. The suspect is a contract soldier of one of the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine, who was remotely recruited by the russian special services in January 2023. The guy was collecting information about the geolocations of thermal power plants in the city. The enemy was also interested in information about the technical condition of energy facilities and the level of their protection by the Defense Forces. The detainee is currently in custody. The perpetrator faces life imprisonment.
Kyiv Oblast
The Andriivka gymnasium with a kindergarten has been fully reopened in the Makariv community. The building of the gymnasium was significantly damaged as a result of active hostilities during the occupation of the village in March 2022, and a separate building of the kindergarten with a catering unit of the educational institution, which was located next to it, was completely destroyed. Restoration work began immediately after the liberation of the region. Routine repairs of the gymnasium building were carried out at the expense of the local budget. Windows and doors for replacement were provided by the Ukrzaliznytsia JSC.
Zhytomyr Oblast
A Zhytomyr resident, Yuriy Chernyshov, who, as a retired military officer, passed intelligence to the “Wagnerites”, is being tried in the Bohunskyi district court for high treason. The man is 81 years old. In March 2023, the suspect posted cash bail and was released from custody, after which he tried to cross the border of Ukraine with Belarus. At the border, the suspect was apprehended and taken into custody.

Over the last 24 hours, the territories of the Semenivka and Snovsk communities came under enemy fire.
Around midnight on September 10, russian troops hit a two-story apartment building in the center of the village of Chaikyne in the Novhorod-Siversk Raion with a drone. Two apartments in this building were destroyed.
Sumy Oblast
On September 11, the russian military shelled 9 communities in the Sumy Oblast. 123 explosions were recorded as a result of 24 shelling attacks. A mobile phone tower was damaged in the Nova Sloboda community.
At night and in the morning of September 11, the russian army shelled 3 communities in the Sumy Oblast. 20 explosions were recorded. An educational institution in the Khotyn community was damaged after being hit by a russian drone.
September 11 was declared a Day of Mourning in Sumy for the deceased Kateryna Milchenko. She died of injuries sustained in a russian missile strike on September 8.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
The occupiers carried out airstrikes on the settlements of Vesele in the Kharkiv Raion, Ohirtseve in the Chuhuiv Raion, as well as Synkivka, Kyslivka, and Kotliarivka in the Kupiansk Raion. About 20 populated areas in the oblast came under hostile artillery fire.
In the Slobozhanske sector, the enemy continues to maintain a group of troops covering the state border, conducting active sabotage activities in the border areas to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatened areas.
In the village of Rubizhne, Vovchansk community, Chuhuiv Raion, grass burned on an area of 1 hectare as a result of hostile shelling. There were no casualties or injuries.

One of the foreign volunteers, who was wounded in the Donetsk Oblast in a shelling attack by the russian military, is being rescued in Dnipro. This is Ruben Mavik, a 20-year-old German. On September 9, a group of volunteers from the Road to Relief set out from Sloviansk and drove through Chasiv Yar. Their car was fired upon by the russian army. The car overturned and caught fire. Two volunteers, Anthony “Tonko” Ignat and Emma Iguazúl, were killed.

It launched four missile strikes on Trudove and Rizdvianka, used six air shells on Orikhove, Mala Tokmachka, and Robotyne, and shelled Novopavlivka, Bilohiria, and Novodarivka with anti-aircraft missiles. The territory of more than 15 settlements survived more than 100 artillery strikes.

This afternoon, the russian military struck Kizomys in the Kherson Oblast four times. They aimed at the administrative building. The roof was damaged, windows and doors were knocked out by the blast wave and debris. There are no casualties or injuries.
The enemy fired at the dispensary in the village of Stanislav. A paramedic of the outpatient clinic received a mine-explosive injury and a contusion, and a 63-year-old patient of the outpatient clinic was also injured. The roof of the building is destroyed, the windows are damaged.
In the afternoon, russian troops shelled Sadove of the Kherson community. A 50-year-old man was injured.
The occupation “election commission” announced a turnout of more than 65% and announced the results of the pseudo-voting. 28 candidates from “united russia”, four – from the communist party of the russian federation, three – from the liberal democratic party of russia and one candidate from “fair russia – for the truth” entered the so-called “Kherson regional duma”.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Three people were injured as a result of today’s shelling in Nikopol. These are three men. They have mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds. All are in hospital in a moderate condition. A store, private and food businesses were gutted, an educational institution, a five-story building, farm buildings and a car were damaged.

Kirovohrad Oblast

The girl dreamed of becoming a border guard since childhood and discussed her plans with her father, Dmytro Kovereha. The man joined the army in February 2022. The National Health Service of Ukraine has allocated 4 billion hryvnias for health care facilities in the Chernivtsi region. In the first half of the year, medical institutions of Bukovyna have already received 2 billion of budget funds.

A multi-sport tournament among veterans and servicemen has started in Dusseldorf, Germany. On the first competitive day of the “Invincible Games”, the only gold award for Ukraine was won by the captain of the team, Oleksandr Makovey from Khmelnytskyi.
As part of the “SOS-women” support program for IDP women, employees and volunteers of “SOS Civil Defense Headquarters” conducted psychological training “My resource is femininity”.
In the Art Gallery from the funds of the Kamianets-Podilskyi State Historical Museum-Reserve, an exhibition of 19th century embroidery samples collected by the researcher and historian Yukhym Sitsinskyi is presented. The collection includes more than 100 samples.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

The third stage of the “Strong of Ukraine” competition for veterans and servicemen took place on Nezalezhnosti Embankment. Heroes who were wounded at the front, prosthetics or those who are recovering took part in the tournament.
The regional coordinator of the AUI “Active Community” in Uzhhorod attended a meeting with public figure, diplomat and writer Dmytro Chekalkin, who presented his books. Together with the Zakarpattia Military Support Movement, the coordinator visited the wounded soldiers in the hospital.
