Northern Oblasts
Kyiv Oblast

Communities of the Oblast will purchase 28 school buses on the terms of co-financing with the state — 47 million hryvnias have been allocated from the state budget for these purposes. At the beginning of the full-scale war with russia, a hundred school buses were given to the needs of the Armed Forces in the Oblast.

Chernihiv Oblast

Kharkiv Oblast

Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion

This afternoon, the russian army launched a missile attack on Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The shelling destroyed a social infrastructure facility. Today, police evacuated families with children – six adults and four children – from Beryslav, Kherson Oblast. They were evacuated under mortar and tank fire, and the russian military dropped explosives from drones. The evacuated families will then be transported by volunteers to safer regions of Ukraine.
The russian army shelled Bilozerka, Kherson Oblast. Private houses, a veterinary clinic, and cars were damaged. The wounded man was hospitalized in moderate condition.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Two russian army missiles were shot down by the military over the Dnipro Oblast on the night of October 30. The falling debris damaged a five-story building, a private house, and a car in Dniprovskyi Raion. The russian military also shelled Nikopol twice with heavy artillery. No one was killed or injured in the attacks.
A former employee of Ukrzaliznytsia will be tried for treason in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. According to investigators, he passed information to russian special services about critical infrastructure and the movement of military equipment in the region.
Kirovohrad Oblast

Poltava Oblast

Residents of Uzhgorod participated in the half-marathon, which took place in the regional center. He gathered about 400 runners. The oldest participant is 73 years old, the youngest is 3. Charitable contributions from the participants will go towards the purchase of trench-domed EW and kamikaze drones for the 105th battalion of the 63rd separate mechanized brigade. More than 316,000 hryvnias were collected.
“Pumpkin Fest” instead of Halloween: a charity event was held at the Uzhgorod Lyceum named after Augustyn Voloshyn, which raised money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Proceeds from the sale of pumpkin sweets will be spent on a drone for the military and sent to the front line.
