The organizers managed to earn more than 20 thousand hryvnias on sweets and cakes. They plan to donate these funds to a car for the military.
Today, a comprehensive support center “Ya – Mariupol” [“I am Mariupol”] was opened in Rivne, which will provide assistance to people who have found temporary shelter in the community. The Mayor of Mariupol Vadym Boychenko came to support his townspeople. He thanked the city authorities and residents of the Rivne community, which was one of the first to receive a large number of Mariupol people fleeing the war. Today, only 700 registered internally displaced families live in the community.
Bukovyna bid farewell to the Heroes who gave their lives for the independence of Ukraine. In the village of Panka, the senior soldier Volodymyr Bratkevich was led to the last journey. Soldier Vitalii Makoviychuk was solemnly buried on the Alley of Glory of the Central Cemetery in Chernivtsi.
In Bukovyna, a meeting of the families of Ukrainian soldiers who are in russian captivity, died or are considered missing, with Alyona Verbytska, the Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for ensuring the rights of defenders, took place.
