Kyiv
The second attack of enemy drones on Kyiv this month happened this night. “Shahed” covered a route with a length of almost 1000 km. All air targets, almost a dozen, were hit on the approaches to Kyiv by air defense forces and means.
On November 18, residents of the capital once again rallied near the building of the Kyiv CSA, demanding increased financial support for the Armed Forces from the capital’s budget. The participants of the action also called on the authorities to make the city infrastructure accessible to people with disabilities.
Kyiv Oblast
As a result of the night attack of the “Shaheeds” on the Kyiv Oblast, there were no victims. No damage to infrastructure or residential buildings has been recorded so far
The bridge between Kyiv Oblast and Zhytomyr Oblast, which was blown up during the flight of russian troops in the spring of 2022, was restored. The reconstruction was financed by donors, and the work was carried out by the military of the State Transport Service.

Kharkiv Oblast
Russian troops shelled at least 14 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast during November 17. Residential buildings and commercial structures were damaged, there were no injured or dead.
283 children were removed from the communities of Kupyansk raion as part of the forced evacuation. Another 12 children have to be evacuated.
The Ukrainian military destroyed one russian Shahed-131/136 drone over Kharkiv Oblast.
The Ukrainian military repelled four attacks in the areas of Synkivka, Petropavlivka, and Ivanivka in the Kharkiv Oblast. Kupyansk was hit by an airstrike.
This morning, russian troops attacked the border village of Kozachya Lopan of the Dergachi community. Previously, no one was injured. Up to ten residential buildings were damaged in the village.
Donetsk Oblast
On November 17, the occupiers beat the civilian population 7 times.
In the Donetsk Oblast, three people were injured during the past day – in Netailovo, Maksimilianivka and Toretsk.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,775 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 4,314 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
A house was damaged in the Lysychansk direction in Serebryanka of the Siversk community. Torske, Zarichne and Yampil of the Lyman community came under fire.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
In the Donetsk direction, 2 people were injured: in Netailovo of the Ocheretyn community and Maksimilyanivka of the Maryinka community. An industrial building in Selydovo was damaged, isolated shelling of Avdiyivka was recorded. In Kurakhove, an agricultural enterprise and private houses were damaged.
In the Avdiyivka area, russian invaders stormed Ukrainian positions 23 times during the past day. 21 times in the Maryinka raion.
The defense forces are preparing to repulse the third wave of the offensive of russian troops in the Avdiyivka direction. Mariupol

On November 17, russian troops fired artillery at the water areas of the Kutsurub and Ochakiv communities, as well as the city of Ochakiv. There are no injuries or deaths.
On the night of November 18, air defense forces destroyed 6 “Shahed-131/136” type attack drones over Mykolayiv Oblast.
Children of vulnerable categories continue to be sent to recovery from Mykolayiv with the money of the city budget. 97 children went to a health center in Zakarpattia Oblast.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
In the evening of November 17, the enemy launched 8 drones in the Oblast center – 4 were destroyed. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out at infrastructure facilities. There was no information about the victims.
Over the past 24 hours, russian military personnel have carried out 155 strikes on 25 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. 124 artillery shells, 21 drone attacks, 9 rocket launchers and an air strike were recorded.
23 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure facilities as a result of attacks by russian military personnel.
Odesa Oblast
Air defense forces destroyed one drone over Odesa Oblast.
In the Odesa Oblast, an energy infrastructure object was hit, an oil depot and an administrative building were damaged. A fire broke out on the spot, which was contained. One employee was injured and hospitalized.
More than 2,000 families were left without electricity due to night shelling in Odesa. Also, on the morning of November 18, due to bad weather, eight settlements remained without electricity. Electricians are working to restore the power supply.
The defense forces hold positions on the left bank of the Dnipro and are entrenched on the occupied borders.
Kherson Oblast
Yesterday, the russian army struck Kherson Oblast 101 times with various types of weapons. The residential quarters of the populated areas of the Oblast were shelled. They destroyed the House of Culture in the Beryslav raion. One person died, three were injured.
Russian troops shelled Veletenske in the Kherson Oblast with artillery. A wounded man, with an explosive injury, a wound to the chest and legs, was hospitalized.
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson Oblast, the occupation authorities created the so-called “visiting commissions on parental rights”. Representatives of the “commission” together with FSB employees go to villages and check whether children are studying online in Ukrainian schools.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of November 18, the russian army shelled the Nikopol raion with artillery, and in the morning attacked Nikopol with a drone. There are no dead or injured.
The Air Force shot down a russian “Shahed” over the Pavlograd raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
The exhibition “Choosing Freedom” dedicated to the 128th Terrodefense Brigade opened in the Dnipro History Museum. The exhibition now has more than 200 exhibits. Among them are bullets, mutilated signs of populated areas, a detached turret of a russian tank, etc.
Kirovohrad Oblast
The Kropyvnytskyi city mall hosted an out-of-town donation “Bloom” for the first time. Collected blood for the needs of the military and cancer center patients. Blood collection was carried out by the team of the Kirovohrad Blood Transfusion Station. 42 people came in four hours.
In Kropyvnytskyi, employees of the training and rehabilitation center prepared 12 tons of dumplings and 11,500 pies for the military. They work in their spare time. There is enough food for the fighters, but they do not give up homemade dumplings and pies.
Poltava Oblast
Poltava residents will vote on renaming the Sun Park. The park in the city center is to be named in honor of the fallen soldier Yevhen Brakh. He defended Ukraine as a machine gunner and served in the Special Operations Forces. In September 2022, he left for his last combat mission and never returned.
Streets in a community in Poltava Oblast have been renamed in honor of Petliura’s comrades-in-arms and independence fighters. New names for eight streets were chosen in Lubny. They will now bear the names of the historian, General Judge of the Ukrainian People’s Republic, revolutionary, and Petliura’s associate. Until recently, these streets were named in honor of Soviet holidays and the military.

Rivne Oblast
The President of Ukraine posthumously awarded the medal “For Military Service to Ukraine” to Konstantin Hnitetsky, a defender from Rivne who died as a result of mortar shelling by the Russian army in Luhansk Oblast.
Volyn Oblast
Bohdana and Hanna are the daughters of Petro Tsaryk, a Volyn resident who was killed last May in Kharkiv Oblast. The girls raised $40 on their own and donated it to buy Starlinka for the soldiers of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade, where their father served.
Lviv Oblast
A 95-year-old pensioner from Lviv purchased a drone for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Nadiia Muzychuk used to live in Ternopil Oblast, but eventually, her daughter took her to Lviv. It was here that the woman celebrated her birthday. At the celebration, she decided to give the money she had been saving to help the Armed Forces.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Another attack by the “Shahed” from the southeast lasted more than eight hours. During the air alert, air defense forces were deployed in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. There were no reports of casualties or damage to infrastructure.
The head of the Khmelnytsky iRegional State Administration signed an agreement with the UN World Food Program to support nutrition in educational institutions. In the region, 33 general secondary education institutions from 13 territorial communities were selected to participate in the program to reimburse a certain amount of money to educational institutions for hot meals for students in grades 1-4 this school year.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the family of Vadym Kasyanov from the village of Hrymiachka in Khmelnytskyi Oblast has been helping Ukrainian defenders. The owner himself makes stoves and refills gas canisters for the military, while his wife and son dry vegetables for soups and borscht.
Kamianets-Podilskyi
At a meeting of the executive committee, it was decided to transfer 10 drones, a night vision device, a portable charging station, active headphones with a mount, and equipment for welding and locksmithing repairs to military units where our community’s soldiers are stationed.
Young residents of the Novohradiv community came to Kamianets-Podilskyi for psychological rehabilitation under the program of the Children of War project.
Chernivtsi Oblast
A new street, Chernivetska Street, has appeared in the German sister city of Dusseldorf.
A renovated Embroidery Day park was opened on Soborna Square. Benches with lighting were installed there, and new paths, a playground, and a bicycle path were arranged. The lamps in the square repeat the ornament of embroidered shirts from different regions of the country. The work in the park cost about 10 million hryvnias, which was provided by patrons.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
Memorial plaques were unveiled in Rohatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, to four fallen soldiers – Ivan Yuhan, Bohdan Leshchyshyn, Yuriy Ivantsiv and Viktor Holovlev.
91 children evacuated from towns and villages in the Kherson region under constant shelling by russia were accommodated in sanatoriums in Yaremche and Kosiv. The children came to Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast with their mothers and grandmothers.
Ternopil Oblast
A social laundry was set up in the bell tower of the Church of the Descent of the Holy Spirit of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Terebovlia. It will provide free services to single pensioners and IDPs.
Zakarpattia Oblast
In Zakarpattia, the program “Dog for Veteran” is aimed at the psycho-emotional rehabilitation of soldiers with the help of specially trained dogs using canine therapy. For several months, dog handlers have been training the dogs and preparing them for delivery to veterans’ families.
During the week, the Owl’s Nest Humanitarian Aid Center provided 50 packages of baby items to internally displaced persons registered in Uzhhorod. Volunteers also distributed clothes, shoes, bedding, and utensils (1800 items).
A charity exhibition and sale of works by Polish volunteer and icon painter Hubert Kamp is ongoing in Uzhhorod. All proceeds from the sale will go to the development of a rehabilitation center for the military in Khust district. As of today, 12 icons have already been sold and over 160 thousand hryvnias have been raised. Starting next week, the exhibition and sale will be held in other parts of the region.
