Northern Oblasts
Kyiv

Chernihiv Oblast
On November 26, the russians shelled the border of Chernihiv Oblast from their territory in seven cases. Border guards recorded 86 explosions. The communities of Novgorod-Siversk, Semenivka and Snovsk came under fire.
Due to bad weather, 60 settlements of Chernihiv Oblast were left without electricity. Rescuers freed 84 cars from the snow, including an “emergency”. About 70% of bus flights have been canceled.
Sumy Oblast
In the morning, the russian army shelled the Krasnopil community. Five mortar explosions were recorded.

Kharkiv Oblast
On November 26, at least nine settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast were attacked by the russian federation.

In the Kharkiv Oblast, as of 12:00 p.m., due to bad weather, electricity was completely cut off for consumers in eight settlements, partially in 11. In total, about 5,800 households were without electricity.
Donetsk Oblast

Southern Oblasts
Mykolaiv Oblast
On November 26, the russian army shelled the waters of the Kutsurub community with artillery in Mykolaiv Oblast. No one was injured or killed.
In Mykolaiv Oblast, emergency workers evacuated 283 people who were trapped in the snow due to bad weather.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Over the past day, the enemy struck 97 times in 20 localities in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. A residential building and cars were damaged. No civilians were injured.
In the temporarily occupied village of Myrne, Melitopol Raion, resistance forces blew up a russian military vehicle.
In Zaporizhzhia sector, the russian army conducted assault operations west of Verbove but failed.
In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, over 19 thousand consumers were supplied with electricity after the bad weather. Another 12 thousand customers remain without power supply.
Odesa Oblast
On November 26, a pipe over 100 meters high collapsed at a high-capacity boiler house in Odesa as a result of bad weather. Rescuers continue to clear the rubble.
The bad weather in Odesa brought down 117 trees and large branches and damaged more than 120 contact and power lines.
The bodies of three men were found in Odesa after the storm. All three had no signs of violent death. Law enforcement officials are checking the version that they died due to hypothermia.
Kherson Oblast
Over the past day, russian troops fired 56 times at Kherson Oblast. They hit an administrative building, a medical facility, and a shop in Kherson. One person was wounded.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Chernivtsi Oblast

Since the beginning of the year, more than 6 million hryvnias have been collected in schools, kindergartens and extra-curricular institutions in Chernivtsi to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, this was done at charity fairs and concerts. In addition, the institutions provided the military with hygiene products, medicines, bed linen, clothes and food, wove camouflage nets and made trench candles.
At the Chernivtsi emergency hospital, the trauma center was renovated with the funds of philanthropists (64,000 euros).
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
In Dolyna and Horodenka in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, two chess tournaments were held in memory of servicemen of the Ukrainian Forces Oleksandr Goshilyk and Mykhailo Chornopyskyi.
Ternopil Oblast
Due to strong gusts of wind, 7 settlements were left without electricity today in Ternopil Oblast. One of them is partially without electricity.
Zakarpattia Oblast
Students of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy visited the Uzhhorod City Council to learn more about local self-government. 51 students from 16 Oblasts of Ukraine met with the city authorities and city council members. This meeting is one of the forms of preparation for the forum of state-makers “Sofia of Kyiv”, which takes place in Kyiv, when students of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy communicate with state leaders of the national and local levels.
The Meritorious Academic Zakarpattia People’s Choir and the Academic Pop and Wind Orchestra of the Zakarpattia Regional Philharmonic performed in Uzhhorod for a charitable purpose. The funds collected during the performances will be transferred to the Zakarpattia Military Support Movement to help our defenders.
