On November 26, the russians shelled the border of Chernihiv Oblast from their territory in seven cases. Border guards recorded 86 explosions. The communities of Novgorod-Siversk, Semenivka and Snovsk came under fire.
Due to bad weather, 60 settlements of Chernihiv Oblast were left without electricity. Rescuers freed 84 cars from the snow, including an “emergency”. About 70% of bus flights have been canceled.
Sumy Oblast
In the morning, the russian army shelled the Krasnopil community. Five mortar explosions were recorded.

Mykolaiv Oblast

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Odesa Oblast
On November 26, a pipe over 100 meters high collapsed at a high-capacity boiler house in Odesa as a result of bad weather. Rescuers continue to clear the rubble.
The bad weather in Odesa brought down 117 trees and large branches and damaged more than 120 contact and power lines.
The bodies of three men were found in Odesa after the storm. All three had no signs of violent death. Law enforcement officials are checking the version that they died due to hypothermia.
Kherson Oblast
Over the past day, russian troops fired 56 times at Kherson Oblast. They hit an administrative building, a medical facility, and a shop in Kherson. One person was wounded.

In addition, the institutions provided the military with hygiene products, medicines, bed linen, clothes and food, wove camouflage nets and made trench candles.

Ternopil Oblast
Due to strong gusts of wind, 7 settlements were left without electricity today in Ternopil Oblast. One of them is partially without electricity.
Zakarpattia Oblast
Students of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy visited the Uzhhorod City Council to learn more about local self-government. 51 students from 16 Oblasts of Ukraine met with the city authorities and city council members. This meeting is one of the forms of preparation for the forum of state-makers “Sofia of Kyiv”, which takes place in Kyiv, when students of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy communicate with state leaders of the national and local levels.
The Meritorious Academic Zakarpattia People’s Choir and the Academic Pop and Wind Orchestra of the Zakarpattia Regional Philharmonic performed in Uzhhorod for a charitable purpose. The funds collected during the performances will be transferred to the Zakarpattia Military Support Movement to help our defenders.
