Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
In Kyiv, a kindergarten and a school will be rebuilt, which were damaged by the attack of “shaheeds” on November 25. In one of the premises of the garden, part of the wall and the ceiling have been destroyed. About a hundred broken windows will be replaced in the school.
In the Pecherskyi district of Kyiv, a mural dedicated to air defense forces and energy workers – “Defenders of Light” – was opened. The mural depicts energy and a Ukrainian warrior who protects the sky from enemy attacks.
The dog from Kyiv became the record holder for the number of awards won. The list of achievements of 4-year-old Carbon includes 35 of the most prestigious titles won in 20 countries of the world. On Thursday, November 30, the German shepherd will be entered into the Guinness Book of Records of Ukraine.
Kyiv Oblast
In Bila Tserkva, the police searched for explosives in the building of the city council after an anonymous report about a possible threat. Explosive technicians, dog handlers, an investigative and operational group, patrol policemen and others worked on the spot.
Social managers for the adaptation of military personnel to civilian life work in all districts of Kyiv Oblast, with plans to introduce a specialist in each community.
Zhytomyr Oblast
About 200 million are planned to be spent on the construction of new shelters in 8 institutions of secondary education in Zhytomyr and the region. Of the planned amount, almost half of the cost will be the construction of shelters in three lyceums in the city of Zhytomyr.
In Zhytomyr, volunteers and the authorities handed over 100 sets of winter military uniforms purchased by foreign benefactors. The form will be sent to military personnel in eastern Ukraine.
Zhytomyr Oblast is one of the three regions of Ukraine where the epidemic threshold for influenza and COVID-19 has been exceeded. Certain quarantine restrictions may be introduced there.
Chernihiv Oblast
On November 29, the russians shelled two border villages of Chernihiv Oblast. A total of 11 explosions were recorded.
Sumy Oblast
During the day, russian soldiers shelled the Sumy Oblast three times. A total of 15 explosions were recorded. Krasnopilsk, Esman and Velikopysarivka communities came under fire from the territory of russia.
At night, russian servicemen attacked two communities of Sumy Oblast, 8 explosions were recorded.
On November 30, a 39-year-old man was injured as a result of strikes by the russian army on Seredyna-Buda in Sumy Oblast. He was admitted to the hospital. There is also damage due to russian shelling.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
During the day, the Defense Forces repelled seven russian attacks in the Kupyansk direction. Enemies conducted assaults near Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kharkiv Oblast.
During the day, Sinkivka, Petropavlivka, Kupyansk, and Kurylivka were hit by russian airstrikes. More than 16 settlements in the region were hit by mortars and artillery.
During the forced evacuation, 299 children were taken from the Kupyan district.
On November 30, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, together with Defense Minister Rustem Umyerov, visited the forward command post in Kupyansk and awarded the officers.
Donetsk Oblast
Over the course of a day, the russian military carried out seven airstrikes in Donetsk Oblast, almost all of them with guided air bombs from Su-35 aircraft.
On November 29, 10 residents of Donetsk Oblast were injured.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,780 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 4,348. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
2 administrative buildings and an industrial building were damaged in Kostyantynivka in the Horlivka direction.
In the Lysychansk direction, 2 houses were damaged: in Serebryanka of the Siverske community and Yampil of the Lyman community.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
Yesterday, in the Donetsk direction, the Novoeconomichne of the Grodiv community came under fire from the russians — without casualties or destruction.
In Myrnograd, the administrative building was damaged.
At night, the occupiers of russia fired six S-300 missiles at the Pokrovsk raion of Donetsk Oblast. Pokrovsk, Novogrodivka and Myrnograd came under fire. A total of 10 civilians were injured, including 4 children. As of 5:00 p.m., the bodies of two men were recovered from under the rubble in Pokrovsk. So far, more than 130 tons of building structures have been dismantled.
6-month-old Ilai, together with his father, found himself under the rubble of a private house. A russian missile landed in the yard of a family in Pokrovsk. Paramedics helped a man with an injured child in his arms to get out from under the rubble and took him to the hospital. Currently, the baby’s life is not in danger. Another child may be under the rubble of a house in Novogrodivka.
The Ukrainian military repulsed the assault on Stepove north of Avdiyivka. Despite the fact that the russian units of the russian army are defeated, they continue to storm Ukrainian positions.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
6 private houses and an industrial building were damaged in the Chasiv Yar community. In Toretsk, 4 private houses and an administrative building were damaged.
Volnovakha and Volnovakha raion
An aerial bomb destroyed a non-residential building in Novoukrainets on the Volnovakha direction.
Southern Oblasts
Mykolayiv Oblast
On November 29, russian troops fired artillery at the village in the Kutsurub community, as well as at the town of Ochakiv. There are no injuries or deaths.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The enemy made 100 strikes on 16 towns and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. There were 4 reports of the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities. Civilians were not injured.
Nine attacks by the russian army were repulsed by the Defense Forces of Ukraine northwest of Verbove in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Odesa Oblast
During a russian attack by drones in Odesa, a hit occurred, damaging a preserved building. A fire broke out on the spot, which was promptly extinguished. There are no injuries. Air defense forces shot down five attack drones over Odesa Oblast.
In the Black Sea, the russian army maintains three missile carriers: one surface and two underwater. They are equipped with up to 16 Kalibr missiles.
Experts calculated the damage to the environment from the russian missile strike on the center of Odesa on November 5: the amount is more than 200 million hryvnias.
Kherson Oblast
Russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 107 times during the day. A critical infrastructure object and an educational institution in Kherson, a medical institution and a preschool educational institution in the Kherson raion were damaged. One person died, five were injured.
Air defense units destroyed a “Shahed-131/136” UAV over Kherson Oblast at night.
At night, the russian army hit Daryivka in the Kherson Oblast. Ten residential buildings, kindergartens and a hospital were damaged. Four people were injured, two of them were hospitalized in a moderate condition.
In the morning, the russian army shelled the Korabelnyi district of Kherson. The car is damaged, trees are felled, windows are broken in high-rise buildings. There is no information about the victims.
The russian army shelled Sadove in the Kherson Oblast. Three people died.
In the afternoon, the russian army dropped explosives from a drone near the administrative building in Beryslav. A 22-year-old man received an explosive injury, a contusion and an injury to his leg. Another man had a serious injury to his neck and head. Two men were hospitalized.
44 children from the Kherson community went to Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv Oblast for rehabilitation. They will rest in three sanatoriums in Smodna, Yaremche and Truskavets. 14 parents and two medical workers went with them.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Three russian UAVs shot down air defense forces in the sky over the Nikopol raion of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the night of November 30. Russian troops also struck the area with heavy artillery. The Marganets community was shelled. There are no casualties or injuries.
Rocket debris fell in Kryvyi Rih. There are no casualties or injuries. Previously, debris damaged the facade of a private house.
Kirovohrad Oblast
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine, Mr. Martin Yeger, arrived in Kirovohrad Oblast. Together with the Oblast authorities, he discussed current projects that require partnership support: investment projects in the field of processing agricultural raw materials, machine building, production that will provide new jobs, reconstruction of the heat and water supply system, construction of shelters and housing for displaced persons.
Deputies of the Oleksandriya City Council have considered a package of assistance to the defense forces in the amount of UAH 2.3 million. Next week’s session will approve the transfer of this money to the defenders. The total amount of aid allocated by the city for the defenders is 30 million.
On November 30, Kropyvnytskyi hosted a “Steps of Help” campaign in front of the city council to combat violence. The purpose of the action is to draw attention to the violence that exists in the community and society.
Cherkasy Oblast
A hub for the adaptation of demobilized soldiers to civilian life was launched in Cherkasy Oblast. The veterans’ center was opened thanks to a grant of 100 thousand hryvnias. The project aims to identify their needs locally and create all conditions for social support and help with rehabilitation. The hub also has a rental center for technical and other rehabilitation equipment.
Vinnytsia Oblast
Air defense units destroyed a russian UAV during a drill in Vinnytsia Oblast.
Vinnytsia has received a solid fuel modular boiler house that will provide heat to social institutions in case of a blackout or emergency.
Western Oblasts
Lviv Oblast
The Plast branch from Kramatorsk resumes its work in Lviv. Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Last night, air defense was not working in Khmelnytskyi. The wreckage of a UAV fell on the territory of a former factory in Shepetivka Raion. No one was injured as a result of the crash.
On the night of November 29, IAEA experts recorded several explosions near the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant. That was when Khmelnytskyi oblast was once again attacked by russian drones. Explosions near the power plant were heard for 20 minutes.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 60 companies have relocated their production to Khmelnytskyi. In total, about 300 new jobs have been created at the relocated enterprises.
Kamianets-Podilskyi
At the meeting of the executive committee, the city council approved the purchase of ammunition, thermal imagers, other military equipment, and the assistance program in the amount of UAH 15 thousand for 174 Kamianets-Podilskyi defenders. The purchase of 7 more quadcopters for the military was approved upon request.
At the 36th extraordinary session of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council, UAH 203 million was allocated from the city budget in 2023 to help the military and social support for families of servicemen and families of the fallen.
The hosting of the official websites of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council was subjected to a powerful DDoS attack, which temporarily suspended their operation for security reasons.
Chernivtsi Oblast

The Chernivtsi City Council purchased 27 quadcopters for the needs of the military. UAH 5.4 million was allocated from the community budget for the purchase. Zakarpattia Oblast
Slovak carriers will block the ” Vyšnie Nemecke – Uzhhorod” checkpoint: restrictions will start tomorrow at 15:00. Vehicles with humanitarian aid, perishable goods, fuels and lubricants, and live animals will be allowed through without restrictions. The blockade will not apply to vehicles entering Slovakia, meaning that they will be able to leave Ukraine without restrictions.

An exhibition of artworks by students of the “Open Eyes” Academy of Arts will run in Uzhhorod at the Day Center for Social and Psychological Assistance to Victims of Domestic and/or Gender-Based Violence until December 6. The works are dedicated to the topic of violence, are related to the works of Ukrainian literature, and illustrate the state of people affected by domestic violence.
