Northern oblasts
Kyiv
The expert council of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy on issues of overcoming the consequences of russification and totalitarianism recommended removing from the public space of Kyiv the monuments to Nikolai Shchors on Taras Shevchenko Boulevard and Nikolai Vatutin in Mariinsky Park.
The Kyiv metro works as a shelter during air raid alerts. Many people go down to the platforms. Some with pieces of cardboard, rugs and even chairs.
A new park will appear in Kyiv at 14 Spaska Street in Podil. Previously, this plot of land was leased from the russian embassy. Deputies of the Kyiv City Council voted for this decision.
Kyiv Oblast
In the communities of the oblast, damaged roofs and facades are being repaired, broken windows are being installed.
This week, two kindergartens were opened in the villages of Lebedivka and Novi Petrivtsi. In addition, teachers of the Kyiv Oblast received more than 4 thousand laptops. Generators are being delivered to the raions of the oblast to be used in case of emergency power outages. For example, they were delivered to Makariv for a modular town.
Chernihiv Oblast
Yesterday, russian troops shelled the Horodnia community, firing grenade launchers. Border guards recorded ten explosions.
Sumy Oblast
Yesterday, the russian military launched a missile attack on the Krasnopillia community in the Sumy Oblast. A helicopter fired 15 unguided missiles from the territory of russia at the border areas.
Also, last night, the russian military shelled Seredyna-Buda community with tube artillery. They also fired twice at the Esman community with mortars. There were no casualties or destructions.
The Regional Development Agency, RebuildUA and the Kyiv School of Economics have collected and digitized materials on the damage caused by russian shelling in three communities of the Sumy Oblast: Okhtyrka, Boromlia, and Trostianets.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Last day, the russian occupiers fired on the civilian population in the Chuhuiv, Kupiansk, and Kharkiv raions.
In Vovchansk, around 4 p.m., a flat in an apartment building was damaged, and a fire broke out as a result of russian shelling. No one was hurt. It took 15 rescuers to suppress the fire.
During the day, medics did not record any wounded among the civilian population.
651 war dead were exhumed in the Kharkiv Oblast within two months, said Serhiy Bolvinov, the head of the police investigation department.
Mine clearance works continue in the oblast. Over the past day, pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service neutralized 404 explosive items.
Donetsk Oblast
On November 12, the russians killed 2 civilians in the Donetsk Oblast – in Bakhmut.
Besides, law enforcement officers found the bodies of 2 people killed during the occupation: in Yampil and in Yarova.
One more person in the oblast was wounded.
Since the day of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, enemy missiles have claimed the lives of 1,202 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast and wounded 2,588 more. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
In the east of the Pokrovsk Raion, at night there was sporadic shelling in the old and central part of Avdiivka. The consequences are being established.
The enemy shelled the Avdiivka, Maryinka, Vodiane, Kamianka, Krasnohorivka, and Novomykhailivka raions with tanks and all types of artillery.
The russians launched a missile attack on the town of Kurakhove in the Pokrovsk Raion today in the middle of the day.
One person was wounded. Fortunately, nobody was killed.
The missile hit a two-story building, and damaged 2 more residential houses in the neighborhood and an administrative building.
Pokrovsk received help from the “Save Ukraine” Center for Mutual Assistance. Those who wish can get some clothes.

In Uman, a master class on making a ladybug from natural materials was held for IDPs’ children in the Troyanda (Rose) Communication Center. Children named each of their products after their native cities – Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Avdiivka, Druzhkivka, Kherson, and others.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
The hospital, the maternity hospital and the dispensary in Toretsk came under enemy fire.
Fortunately, there were no casualties, but the buildings were severely damaged.
In the Horlivka sector, shelling thundered at the Maiorsk station in the Svitlodarsk community.
Volnovakha
In the Volnovakha sector, 4 houses and a farm in Bohoyavlenka were damaged; Vuhledar and Pavlivka also came under fire. There were no casualties.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
Before midnight, the russians shelled Druzhkivka, damaging a coffee shop, and also Sviatohirsk, where shells landed near the administrative building. There were no casualties, the extent of the damage is being clarified.
In the Lysychansk sector, there was another massive shelling of Torske and Zarichne in the Lyman community – the number of victims and the extent of the damage have not yet been established.
In Kramatorsk, on November 15, traffic on the city bus routes will resume and free travel will be canceled.
Mariupol
A supermarket opened in Mariupol. The “free gifts” and “ultra-low prices” promised by the occupiers led first to a queue of hundreds of people, and then to the storming of the store.
For the second day in a row it is observed the arrival of military occupiers from the Kherson direction in the Mariupol Raion. Yesterday, large convoys of hundreds of cars with military personnel arrived along the Mangush-Urzuf road. The new arrivals are accommodated in boarding houses and recreation centers in the villages of Yalta, Nova Yalta, Yuryivka. Resettlement is being handled by the Mangush occupation emergency department.
The occupiers are taking away the Ukrainian harvest from the Mariupol Raion with grain trucks. Looting is not being stopped.
“Ukrzaliznytsia” launched the sale of charity tickets to Mariupol as well.
Luhansk Oblast
In some districts of Rubizhne, Lysychansk, and Sievierodonetsk, the russians boasted about the return of certain communal services, but in none of these cities there is no water, electricity, or gas in even half of the houses. In Lysychansk, the local occupation authorities ordered not to wait for water and electricity until spring. Drinking water is delivered there once a week in the amount of 20 liters per person.
Together with the UNITED24 platform, “Ukrzaliznytsia” launched the “Tickets to Victory” charity project. From today you can order tickets for the first three trips from Kyiv to Luhansk. The ticket can be purchased, stored and used immediately after deoccupation. As soon as traffic is restored, railway officials will send a message with the date and location. The trips will be operated by the legendary “Train to Victory”, the painted carriages of which are dedicated to the feats of people in the temporarily occupied territories. All tickets are charitable: funds from their sale will be transferred through the UNITED24 platform for the purchase of last-mile transport. They are cars that will help connect cities and towns in the de-occupied territories with the nearest railway junctions.
Southern oblasts
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
At two o’clock in the morning, the russian military with multiple rocket launcher fired at one of the villages of Zaporizhzhya Raion. Power lines, residential buildings, cars are damaged. There are no injured.
In the morning of November 13, special services neutralized the remains of a rocket with a cluster charge, which was shot down by Air Defense Forces over Zaporizhzhia on November 12. Dangerous elements of pyrotechnics were taken out of the city. Residents of nearby houses that were evacuated are returning home. The operation to collect and remove the remnants of the russian rockets continued throughout the night and morning.
Kherson Oblast
During the day, russian troops shelled the areas of settlements of Mylove, Zolota Balka and Mykhailivka with various types of artillery in the Tavriisk direction.
On the left bank of the Kherson Oblast, the russian military continues to “evacuate” civilians, actively build the defense and fire from the multiple rocket launcher and artillery at the liberated settlements of the Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.
The russians robbed the Oleksiy Shevkunenko Kherson Regional Art Museum. Five truckloads of valuable works of the XVII-XX centuries and two buses with office equipment were taken away. During 45 years of the museum’s existence there were collected almost 14,000 exhibits.
Loud explosions were heard today in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk.
It is prohibited to use all types of water transport in the Kherson Oblast during November 13-19.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the attack on the concentration of russian occupiers in Dnipriany of the Kherson Oblast. The Defense Forces hit the building where there were up to 500 russian soldiers.
The heads of military administrations and power structures arrived in Kherson and started their work.
A curfew was introduced in Kherson. It will last from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and includes restrictions on entry/exit from the city.
“Ukrposhta” will open the first five branches in Kherson. This will become possible after demining the premises. Today, Ukrposhta branches operate in 79 settlements in Kherson region.
Ukrzaliznytsia will restore connections with Kherson. The survey was carried out and they are ready to quickly repair damaged rail-tracks and broken train carriages. It is only necessary to carry out demining.
In Novovorontsovka of the Kherson Oblast, the first cleaning was held since the beginning of the war. According to the head of the Novovorontsovka community, the cleaning was organized in order for people to see that life goes on, that everything can be rebuilt and planted.
Mykolaiv Oblast
Yesterday at 8:10 p.m., the enemy launched a multiple rocket launcher attack on the water area of the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.
Odesa Oblast
On November 10, 33-year-old Ivan Vdovychenko from Odesa Oblast was killed at the front. He had six children left.
The composition of the enemy fleet did not undergo significant changes during the day. It consists of 18 ships and boats, including 1 missile carrier ready for a salvo with eight “Kalibr” cruise missiles.

Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
As a result of shelling of Nikopol Raion by the russian army on the night of November 13, two women (46 and 82 years old) were injured. They have been admitted to the hospital, their condition is of moderate severity.
Internally displaced persons from Donetsk Oblast were taught to stop bleeding, perform indirect heart massage and resuscitate a person. Tactical medicine training was held for them free of charge at the “Ya – Mariupol” [“I am Mariupol”] center in Dnipro.
Four athletes from Kryvyi Rih won silver and bronze medals at the Ukrainian Freestyle Wrestling Championship among boys and girls. The prize-winners were pupils of Children’s and Youth Sports School №2: Valeria and Elizaveta Lutsenko, Kamila Kuchma and Sabir Garayev.
Kirovohrad
In Kropyvnytskyi, a farewell ceremony was held for junior sergeant Oleh Zavhorodnii. A 53-year-old driver-shooter died on November 8 during a combat mission near the village of Kobzartsi (Snigurivka community, Mykolaiv Oblast).
Kherson Auto Maidan took place in Kropyvnytskyi. First, the motorcade went around the city, congratulating its residents on a joyful event. Later, hundreds of people gathered in the central square with Ukrainian flags and posters to express their gratitude to the Ukrainian army, as well as to Kropyvnytskyi for the shelter.
Western Oblasts
Rivne Oblast
PJSC “Rivneazot” has partially resumed work after the emergency shutdown after the russian troops shelled energy infrastructure facilities on October 22.
In Rivne, volunteers collect winter specified goods for the IDPs and ask citizens to bring warm clothes and shoes for both adults and children to the Rivne oblast volunteer headquarters. Blankets and bedspreads are missing the most. The men’s shoes are currently also being collected. With the onset of cold weather, the number of displaced people who will need warm things is expected to increase.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Bukovyna bid farewell to the Hero, who died the death of the brave for the freedom and independence of Ukraine. Senior Sergeant Yurii Plyska was ceremoniously buried in the village of Pidzakharychi.
A charity event at the oblast center of aesthetic education “Youth of Bukovyna” was organized by the students. Juvenile prevention inspectors of the Chernivtsi Raion police department supported the children’s initiative and joined the event. They prepared sweets for a charity fair.
Marko Chornyi, a military man from the Chernivtsi Oblast, walked approximately 13 kilometers from the city of Kitsman to Mamaivtsi on crutches with an injured leg. He did it to raise money for a minivan for his brothers in arms. The man collected donations of over 170 thousand hryvnias.
Zakarpattia Oblast
From Zakarpattia, the fourth bath-laundry complex was handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Defenders from the 105th Battalion of the 63rd Separate Mechanized Brigade will receive this special vehicle. The complex is built on the basis of a thermal trailer. It is equipped with an Italian diesel water heating system and an additional electric boiler. There is also a linden sauna with a salt bowl and a wall for treating the respiratory system.
On the basis of the Uzhhorod National University, a structural unit for training multidisciplinary teams is being created. This refers to rehabilitation specialists who will be able to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
