The two-hundred-sixty fifth (265) day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people to a russian military large-scale invasion continues.
Ukraine in brief:
The russian occupiers are trying to keep the temporarily captured territories, are concentrating their efforts on restraining the actions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in certain areas, and are continuing to equip defensive lines on the left bank of the Dnipro. At the same time, the enemy is conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka directions.
During this day, the enemy launched a massive missile attack on the military and civilian infrastructure of several Oblasts of Ukraine. The results of the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine and the consequences of enemy attacks on critical infrastructure facilities are currently being clarified. In addition, the occupiers do not stop shelling the positions of our troops and settlements along the contact line.
The situation in the Volyn and Polissya directions has not changed significantly. Belarus continues to support the armed aggression of russia against Ukraine, providing it with infrastructure, territory and airspace. The threat of the enemy launching missile and air strikes from the territory and airspace of belarus remains.

in the Siversky direction – from barrel artillery, in the areas of Ryzhivka, Kindrativka, Slavhorod settlements of the Sumy region;

in the Bakhmut direction – from tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery in the areas of the settlements of Bakhmut, Bilogorivka and New York;
in the Avdiivka direction – from artillery of various types, in the areas of settlements of Novomykhailivka, Vodyane and Nevelske;
in the Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhya directions – from mortars, barrel and jet artillery, in the areas of the settlements of Prechistivka, Pavlivka, Vremivka, Zaliznychne, Stepnohirsk, Mali Shcherbaki;
in the Kherson direction – from mortars, barrel and jet artillery, in the area of the settlement of Dobra Nadiya.
As a result of fire damage in the area of Kreminna settlement of Luhansk Oblast, the russian invaders lost control of individual units. The personnel of these units plan to escape from their borders and retreat to the city.
And in the city of Kadiivka, in the Luhansk Oblast, the occupiers go from house to house and carry out forced mobilization of the local population. In some areas of the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk Oblast, there are cases of extortion of money for the possibility of avoiding mobilization. Thus, in the Starobilsk Raion, representatives of local so-called “force structures” offer to avoid “mobilization” for a monetary reward of up to 15 thousand dollars.
The results of enemy fire damage have been confirmed. Thus, in the area of the settlement of Blagovishchenka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the occupiers lost up to 10 dead. Also, 5 units of military equipment, a warehouse of ammunition were destroyed, and 35 invaders were wounded. In Melitopol, the enemy lost more than 50 people wounded.
In the Skadovsk and Genichesk Raions, separate occupation units are leaving the settlements and leaving in the direction of the temporarily occupied Crimea.
During the current day, units of missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 4 areas of concentration of enemy manpower, weapons and military equipment, 2 ammunition warehouses and one important military object of the russian occupiers.
Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
This afternoon, the russians fired missiles at Kyiv. In the Pechersk district, fragments of the rocket hit two residential buildings. Now it is known about one dead person.
Falling debris was also recorded in the Obolonsky district — it hit abandoned buildings.
Another enemy rocket hit one of the private houses near Kyiv.
Several missiles were shot down by air defense forces. In some districts of Kyiv, the light went out during the massive shelling. Emergency blackouts were introduced. Metro work was also suspended, the red line will not work until the end of the day.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands is hiding in Kyiv. He had scheduled meetings with Oleksiy Kuleba and President Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss the war in Ukraine and the Netherlands’ support for Ukraine. He also visited a forensic laboratory where evidence of potential war crimes is collected and examined.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) opened criminal proceedings regarding the glorification of the “russkiy mir” (russian world”) in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. According to the facts of the incident that happened on the 12 of November, 2022 in one of the temples of the National Reserve “Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra”. At that time, during the service in the church, theses of a propagandistic nature, praising thet “russkiy mir” (russian world”) were heard. Currently, all materials are sent for the relevant examinations. The police found a rupture and fragments of the occupiers’ rocket near one of the settlements in the Kyiv Oblast. Parts of the deadly weapon were found on the field.
In Kyiv Oblast, 754 objects have already been prepared in all communities of the Oblast. They have supplies of water and food, warm clothes and blankets. Heat will be provided by stoves, heaters and heat guns. The heating points are also equipped with backup power devices.
On November 15-23, training on civil protection of the population and interaction of emergency services during emergency situations will be held in all districts of Kyiv Oblast. Emergency situations that may arise under martial law will be simulated during the exercises. Representatives of local authorities, units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, emergency and emergency medical services will be involved in the events.

During the past 24 hours, the russian military fired 143 shells, mines and rockets along the border of the Sumy Oblast. Seven communities were shelled.
Yesterday, the russians from the Reactive Volley Fire System shelled the village of Romashkove (Seredino-Buda community). In Seredyna-Buda, 3 rockets were hit by rocket launchers, a private yard and a shop were damaged.
19 explosions were recorded on the territory of one of the enterprises. People were working there at the time of the shelling. Three of them were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. One person has a severe leg injury.
The Russians also shelled the Yunakivka community from self-propelled guns. There is information about 9 damaged houses, farm buildings and cars.
This morning, the russian military shelled the Khotyn community three times. A total of 17 mines, 43 artillery shells and another 27 self-propelled guns were fired. A local agricultural enterprise was affected. Shells pierced the roof of the warehouse where soybeans were stored. Also, the wall was destroyed and the windows in the barn were broken. Containers for storing animal feed were pierced by shrapnel. According to preliminary data, farmers suffered losses of more than UAH 2 million.
And around 8:00 a.m., russian soldiers opened fire from mortars on the border village of the Bilopilla community. There are 20 hits. It is known about damaged electric poles, damaged houses, broken cars, destroyed farm buildings.
This afternoon, the air defense system went off in the Romny Raion.
In Sumy and the Oblast, emergency shutdowns of electricity were introduced due to enemy attacks on critical infrastructure of Ukraine.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Several explosions rang out in Kharkiv this afternoon. The occupiers hit critical infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv and Chuguyiv raion. As a result, electricity went out in various districts of Kharkiv. The work of the metro was suspended.
During the past day, the enemy continued to terrorize the civilian population of towns and villages located near the contact line and the border with the russian federation: Chuguyiv, Kupyansk and Kharkiv raions.
In the village of Vovchanski Khutory, Chuguyiv raion, several private houses were damaged by shelling. In the village of Boldyrivka, Kupyansk raion, warehouses with grain burned due to shelling.
Two women, 66 and 62 years old, and a man, 50 years old, were injured in the Kupyansk raion.
The bodies of four civilians were exhumed in the Kupyansk raion. One of the dead had two stab wounds on his back. According to the preliminary version of the investigation, he was tortured by the russian military during the occupation. Four bodies were sent for forensic examinations. The cases are being investigated for violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.
Pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service continue demining the territory of the Oblast. During the day, 141 explosive objects were neutralized. However, mine danger is still very high.
Yesterday, near the Tsupivka railway station in the territory of the Dergachi community of the Kharkiv raion, 3 railway workers were blown up by a mine. They are hospitalized with injuries, doctors assess their condition as moderate. In addition, in the area of the village of Bezruky, around 15:00, a car “Kharkivoblenergo” was blown up by a mine, a 41-year-old electrician was injured. His condition is average.
Donetsk Oblast
On November 14, the russians killed 1 civilian in Donetsk Oblast — in Severne.

Since February 24, russian rockets have killed 1,208 civilians in Donetsk Oblast and injured another 2,593. It is still impossible to determine the number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
The towns of Avdiivka, Selidove, the villages of Karlivka, Severne of the Pokrovsk raion came under the fire of the rashists.
Hits from “Smerch” in the city of Selydove were recorded. As a result of the shelling, the infrastructure was damaged, there were no casualties.
A person was killed by artillery shelling in the village of Severne of the Ocheretyne community.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
During the day, the enemy shelled such settlements in the direction of Bakhmut as Andriivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Bilogorivka, Verkhnyokamianske, Hryhorivka, Klishchiivka, Kurdyumivka, Pivnichne and Spirne of the Donetsk Oblast.
In the Horlivka direction, it was loud in the vicinity of the Toretsk, Svitlodar and Soledar communities. According to preliminary information, there are no civilian casualties.
Volnovakha and Volnovakha raion
An airstrike and intensive shelling of Vugledar were recorded in the Volnovakha direction. Also on the territory of the community, Pavlivka and Prechistivka came under fire – there were no casualties.
In Velyka Novosilka, there are almost no surviving houses left from daily shelling by the russian army. There is no gas, water, or electricity in the village, and shops and hospitals are not working. About 600 people remain here. Police officers of the “Bilyi Yangol [White Angel]” unit bring food and medicine to people, and evacuate those who want to.
Mariupol
About 150 people die in Mariupol every week. That is, almost 25 people every day. Children are hardly born. The city is dying under occupation.
Teams to combat rodents, cockroaches and other potentially dangerous animals have arrived in Mariupol. This once again proves that the occupiers have lost control over the epidemic situation. Garbage that is constantly accumulating, rotting corpses, rats, the increase of mice from the fields – all this carries a threat. Especially those who still live in inhumane conditions.
In Mariupol, more and more inscriptions with a “cry” for help are appearing. Yes, residents are trying to reach the occupation authorities. They live without heating and windows. But the so-called city administration ignores them. Therefore, the residents of the houses are already shouting for help. There are more and more such inscriptions. They demonstrate the true attitude of russians to the people of Mariupol.
The occupation administrations in Mariupol and the raion issued an order to ensure mass participation in the “military-patriotic dictation of the vanguard”. Both children in schools and adults should take part in writing dictation. The occupiers do not stop for a minute in their efforts to eradicate everything Ukrainian.

Luhansk Oblast
The occupiers plan to evacuate the civilian population in Luhansk Oblast. The invaders are taking such steps because of the difficult humanitarian situation in the Oblast. They plan to take all civilians from the settlements of Kreminna, Severodonetsk and Rubizhne deep into the temporarily occupied territories.
In Rubizhne and Kreminna, local residents hear echoes from the front, that is, the Armed Forces are moving forward.
In the places of battles, you can see a huge number of corpses of russian soldiers – the enemy does not take them away.
Southern Oblasts
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Around four in the morning, the occupiers launched a missile strike on the suburbs of Zaporizhzhia. No injuries or damages were found.
In the temporarily occupied Melitopol, a former deputy of the city council, and now the self-proclaimed director of the enterprise “Communal Property” Dmytro Trukhin, was injured as a result of an explosion. The man was hospitalized in serious condition.
Kherson Oblast
“The Pivdenny” boarding house in the city of Skadovsk was hit by a rocket. The building is damaged. Houses around the boarding house were also damaged, windows were broken. Several people died. The street is closed, firefighters and medics are working.
On November 14, three children, aged 5 months, 5 and 10 years, were injured as a result of a car hitting a mine near Novoraiske, Kherson Oblast. As of November 15, 64 children were injured in the Kherson Oblast as a result of the full-scale invasion of Russia. Since the beginning of the armed aggression of russian troops in Ukraine, 431 children have died, 834 have been injured.
50 square kilometers of territory were demined in the Oblast center and on the outskirts. Ten groups of explosive technicians work in Kherson Oblast. They are demining residential buildings, the waterworks, “khersonoblenergo” facilities, and the state archive.
A humanitarian headquarters was created in Kherson under the HOMA. It will coordinate volunteers and international organizations in matters of assistance to residents of the de-occupied Kherson Oblast.
45 thousand tons of medicines and medical products were delivered to the city. Medicines and preparations dispensing points are organized on the basis of hospitals. Pharmacy chains will resume their work in the near future.
Bread is distributed on Svobody Square in Kherson. Volunteers brought 20,000 rolls.
Mykolayiv Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy attacked the port territory of the Kutsurub community with anti-aircraft missiles. There were no damages or injuries.
Also, as OC “South” reports, yesterday from the Kinburn spit, the enemy from the “Grad” MLRS tried to attack Ochakiv. The strikes were on the water area and piers. There are no casualties.
For the first time since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukrzaliznytsia is resuming passenger rail service with Mykolaiv.
Odesa Oblast
Explosions were heard in Odesa. No detailed information has been received so far.
Due to massive missile strikes on the Ukrainian energy system in Odesa and some areas of Odesa oblast there is no electricity supply.
In Izmail, Odesa oblast, there was an emergency shutdown of electricity and water supply. The works are being carried out.
Another traffic light facility in Kyiv district of Odesa has been modernized. It is a traffic light at the intersection of Levitanа – Lustdorfskaya road – Shishkin streets. The facility consists of 8 traffic and 8 pedestrian traffic lights. Upon completion of testing of engineering equipment, it was connected to the automated traffic control system (ATCS).

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Oleksandr Vilkul, The Head of military administration of Kryvyi Rih, reported about missile attacks on the city.
On the night of November 15, russian troops shelled the Marhanets, Chervonohryhoriv, and Nikopol communities of Dnipropetrovska oblast. They fired more than 60 shells. In Nikopol multi-storey and detached houses, commercial enterprise, power lines and gas pipeline were damaged. There are no casualties.
On November 14 pyrotechnics of Dnipropetrovsk oblast destroyed 35 modern and obsolete ammunition on the territory of the region.
Benefactors handed over almost 10 thousand bags of flour for the residents of Dnipropetrovsk oblast.
The sacks with strategic product are received by large families, people with disabilities, lonely elderly people in the communities of Novomoskovsk, Kamianske and Dnipro raions. In total, Dnipropetrovsk oblast has received almost 250 tons of flour. Of these, 15 tons were delivered to the Pereshchepyno community. Almost 500 families received flour here. The aid was organized by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
The teachers of Novomoskovsk made almost 1.5 thousand trench candles and two hundred cans of vitamin cocktail. They volunteer for the soldiers. They called their campaign “Warm the heart of a defender”. To enhance the immunity of the defenders, they prepare vitamin smoothies for them. It consists of lemon, ginger and honey. A small children’s drawing with a touching inscription is glued on each can: “Thank you for the morning!”.
This year the Christmas tree in Dnipro will not be set up. This was decided by Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov after a vote, and discussion on his social media pages.
Kirovohrad Oblast
The enemy missile attacks did not pass Kirovohrad oblast today. There were two hits. Energy infrastructure facilities in Kropyvnytskyi raion were hit. There were no casualties.
Today, residents of the Petrivske community of Oleksandriia raion said goodbye to serviceman Serhii Doroshenko. On November 11, the senior sergeant received mine-blast injury while performing reconnaissance actions in Kherson oblast. The serviceman was buried at the local cemetery in his native village Novyi Starodub.
In Oleksandriia, during the charity marathon “Zahysnyk bache – moscal skache” (Defender sees – Moskal jumps), funds for three thermal imagers were raised. The exhibition and sale of unique items brought the most money. The workers of culture, education, sports, social sphere also actively contributed to the raising of funds. In total, the community residents raised more than 126.5 thousand hryvnias. For this money, three thermal imagers were purchased, which volunteers delivered to the front line.
Poltava Oblast
The russian army hit an infrastructure facility in Kremenchuk raion.
Air defense was activated during an air raid in the Myrhorod community.
Soldier Oleg Tsekhonia died on November 11 as a result of artillery shelling. It happened near the town of Bakhmut in Donetsk oblast. The warrior was 38 years old. Oleh Tsekhonia lived in the village of Svitanok, in the Hrebinka community.
Soldier Oleksandr Irodovskii was killed in Donetsk oblast on November 10. It happened when a car hit an unknown explosive device. Oleksandr Irodovskii was 24 years old.
A network of rehabilitation institutions of military and civilians affected by the war is being formed in Poltava oblast. So far, none of the medical institutions of Poltava oblast has signed a contract to provide services under the new package of medical guarantees. Along with this, it is planned to organize a network of hospitals to help everyone who needs rehabilitation.
New evidence about the Holodomor in Poltava became known. The letter of a peasant from Poltava oblast was shown in the local history museum. The peak of mortality in Ukraine was in 1933, when up to 130 corpses were removed daily on the streets of Poltava, and people ate weeds, frogs and slugs because of hunger.
Twice painted monument to Pushkin in Poltava oblast is planned to be demolished. Poltava oblast is on the second place in the prevalence of COVID-19 in Ukraine. New cases of the disease are recorded in all 60 communities of Poltava oblast. Over the past week, 503 people fell ill. Compared to the week before last, this is 33% less (then there were 769 cases). Most cases are in Kremenchuk and Poltava. In addition, there is also a seasonal increase in cases of influenza and ARVI in Poltava oblast.
Western Oblasts
Lviv Oblast
A missile attack on a critical energy infrastructure facility was recorded in Lviv oblast. 80% of Lviv remains without electricity. There is no hot water supply. The communal services are launching diesel generators. One person was wounded as a result of the rocket attack. The condition is serious. Also, electric transport does not work in the city.
Two evacuation trains brought 78 more people to Lviv oblast. Four trains from Lviv oblast went to Peremyshl with 532 people. At all crossing points in Lviv oblast, 18,609 people have registered for departure per day. For entry – 17 thousand 115 Ukrainians.
From Lviv oblast, soldiers of the 103rd separate brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received winter clothes – 1000 balaclavas, 42 sleeping bags and about 300 pairs of winter boots of different sizes. This is the help from the Lviv Regional Administration.
Rivne Oblast
In Rivne, the russian military launched a missile attack on a critical infrastructure facility, some districts of the city were left without electricity supply. Preliminary, there are no casualties.
Rivne regional children’s hospital saved the life of three-year-old Polina, the girl was injured in the explosion in Melitopol on September 30. The mother, who covered the child with her body during the rocket attack, died. From Zaporizhzhia oblast the girl was taken to the hospital in Rivne oblast, where doctors fought for her life for almost a month.
Foreign experts are teaching Rivne specialists how to rehabilitate wounded Ukrainian soldiers better. For several months, doctors from Great Britain, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Norway and Italy will work in the hospital of war veterans.
Chernivtsi Oblast
The residents of Bukovyna said goodbye to its best sons who laid down their lives for the freedom and independence of Ukraine: Staff Sergeant Yurii Kostash was buried in the village of Hrozyntsi, Senior Sergeant Mykola Kolesnik – in the village of Lomachyntsi, soldier Vitalii Maliaryk – in the village of Prylypche. Artem Tverdun from Bukovyna walked 408 kilometers in the Czech Republic in ten days and organized a charity fundraiser for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The employees of Khotyn hospital are actively helping the Armed Forces. Recently, doctors have raised 35 thousand hryvnias. For these funds, they purchased the necessary clothing for the wounded soldiers: sweatpants, T-shirts, underwear, socks, and shoes. The clothes will be sent to a military hospital in Mykolaiv oblast.
In Chernivtsi, homeowners who sheltered internally displaced persons will be compensated almost UAH 880 thousand. In total, in October, more than 350 community residents provided shelter to more than a thousand people from other oblasts.
Italian doctors started working in the Novoselytsa community. Representatives of the charity organisation “Medici per i Diritti Umani – MEDU” (“Doctors for Human Rights”) have already held the first appointment. A psychologist and a therapist consulted the IDPs. Patients were also provided with medicines.
Zakarpattia Oblast
One floor of the dormitory of the Academy of Culture and Arts in Uzhhorod will be repaired for IDPs. The Vysocina Region of the Czech Republic provided 5.5 million hryvnias for these works.
