Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
On the evening of July 29, an action was held near the russian embassy building to mark the anniversary of the attack on the colony in occupied Olenivka. Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy fired artillery, mortars and other weapons at the settlements of the Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk raions.
In particular, Udy, Kozacha Lopan, Okhrimivka, Tyche, Ohirtseve, Vovchansk, Borysivka, Kupiansk, Dvorichna, Zapadne and other settlements were under fire. There is damage to private residential buildings and commercial buildings.
No casualties among the civilian population were recorded during the day.

Donetsk Oblast

In Svatovo, for the third time in a year, the invaders are demanding from the population documentary proof of ownership of real estate. Mykolayiv Oblast
Yesterday, July 29, the reconnaissance «Merlin-VR» was destroyed by the forces and means of anti-aircraft defense of the «South» air command in the Mykolayiv Oblast.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Yesterday evening, the russian army once again attacked Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the explosion, a 32-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man died. Also, two women received minor injuries and were taken to the hospital. The blast wave knocked out windows in high-rise buildings and damaged the building of an educational institution and a supermarket.
In total, during the day, the russian army fired 77 times at 11 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
A new shelter for displaced persons, in particular, for mothers with children, was opened in Zaporizhzhia. It has a kitchen, bathroom and beds. Currently, 12 people can live in the shelter at the same time.
Odesa Oblast
For the third time this month, the russian army attacked Snake Island in the Black Sea, dropping two air bombs of an unknown type.
Odesa Oblast is 60% ready for the heating season. In order for the Oblast to have electricity, heat and water this winter, the authorities are working on the physical protection of critical infrastructure facilities and the preparation of alternative sources of electricity.

Kherson Oblast
During the past day, russian troops attacked the Kherson Oblast 69 times. For this, 313 shells were used in the Oblast and 44 in the city. Three people were injured.
On the night of July 30, the forces and means of the Air Force shot down two reconnaissance drones of the russian military in the Kherson Oblast.
This morning, the occupiers, previously with anti-aircraft fire, shelled a village in the Bilozerka community. A 33-year-old woman was injured. She was hospitalized in a moderate condition. At least six houses were damaged.
The russian army attacked Beryslav. A 55-year-old man, who was in the yard of the house during the shelling, suffered a shrapnel wound in his leg.
Vladyslav Vaska, a fallen soldier from the village of Borozenske, Kherson Oblast, was awarded the III degree “For Courage” Order. The Ukrainian soldier died in the Zaporizhzhia direction in March 2023.
In the Kherson Oblast, commissions are working to inspect the housing damaged as a result of the russian troops blowing up the Kakhovka HPP. They drew up 1,643 documents, inspected 1,885 houses, and awarded compensation to 173 people.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
The warehouse of a private agricultural company was damaged due to the attack of the russian federation on Kryvyi Rih on the night of July 30. The russian military sent two «shakheds» there. They were destroyed by air defense forces, however, the debris caused a fire on the territory of the enterprise.

In Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, bottled water will be discontinued from July 31. This is connected with the restoration of water supply in the city.
Kirovohrad Oblast
Utility workers from Kirovograd Oblast are cleaning up the aftermath of flooding in Kherson. Together with colleagues from other regions, they removed almost 125 tons of garbage from the Korabel district overnight. Work continues on removing burnt items, branches, collecting and removing silt, sand, etc. Almost 125 tons of garbage were removed from Naftogavan. The work involves 66 employees and 18 units of special equipment and vehicles of Kirovohrad and Lviv regional gas distribution companies, as well as the State Emergency Service and Kherson utilities. The work is carried out daily.
Poltava Oblast
Yevhen Perepelytsia was posthumously awarded the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces badge. The young soldier died in May 2022 in Desna. On that day, the russian army launched a missile attack on the military unit where the artillery signalman was training at the time. His award was handed over to the soldier’s mother.
The fallen soldier from Poltava, Valeriy Konstantinov, is being asked to be awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine. When he learned about the full-scale invasion, he returned from the Netherlands, where he worked as a driver. He took part in the liberation of Kyiv Oblast and was later transferred to Kharkiv. In April 2022, Valerii Konstantynov died. Railroad Lane was named in honor of the fallen soldier in Poltava.
The fallen defender Yevhen Kulyk is being asked to be awarded the title of “Hero of Ukraine”. The 23-year-old soldier began his military career with the 95th Brigade when he was 18. After his demobilization in 2019, he joined the French Legion. With the outbreak of full-scale war, he returned from France and went to fight. In January of this year, the defender participated in his last battle in the Donetsk Oblast.
Poltava Oblast budget will allocate UAH 60.5 million to support the Armed Forces and defense. UAH 27.5 million has been allocated to address social protection issues. First, for the social rehabilitation of defenders with disabilities and their families. Funds have been allocated to pay for high-quality and modern dental prosthetics for defenders in difficult cases.
Children of fallen soldiers from large families studying full-time in vocational, professional higher education, and higher education institutions will receive monthly additional assistance. Theoretical and practical training in preparing citizens for national resistance continues in Khmelnytsky Oblast. Institutions of the volunteer formation “Afghan” conducted training for Myrolyubnia, Starosyniavsk, Starostropil, and Starokostiantyniv territorial communities of Khmelnytsky Raion.
The mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi met with the heads of utility companies and the project coordinator of the Carpathian Platform NGO, the director of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Development Agency to discuss cooperation on updating municipal infrastructure, energy efficiency, and the potential attractiveness of industrial parks for international investors, partners, and charitable foundations.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
Today, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in Ivano-Frankivsk. They discussed the protection of energy facilities from attacks by the russian military and the redistribution of budget funds for the needs of the Armed Forces. He also visited a rehabilitation center where military personnel are treated.

Zakarpattia Oblast
A project to protect mothers and combat domestic violence is being launched in Zakarpattia. To do this, a mobile team will be set up in the region to provide psychological and medical support free of charge, as well as consultations on hygiene and newborn care, sexual and reproductive health, and family planning. The regional authorities will work on this project together with the United Nations Population Fund, the Institute for Family and Child Development charitable foundation, and the Uzhhorod City Maternity Hospital.
More than 500 participants of the traditional bike ride rode through Uzhhorod. The patriotic charity event in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was organized in the regional center by the Big City Ride cycling community. The funds raised during the charity bike ride, which amounted to more than UAH 43 thousand, will be transferred to the Movement to Support Zakarpattia’s Military.
