Mariupol

100 000 Ukrainians in Mariupol are forced to fight for their lives every minute. People continue to live in basements due to russian jet artillery’s complete destruction of their homes.

The occupiers stopped the practice of filtering inside Mariupol. Now all those who did not pass the filtration have to go by organized buses to the filtration camps in the villages of Nikolske or Bezimenne. At the compact accommodation point, you must wait a few days for filtration with the risk of being deported to russia. You can go through the filtering by car to the city of Dokuchaevsk, Donetsk Oblast. It takes more than a week to obtain a transfer permit from the Mariupol occupation commandant’s office. The city is blocked from leaving for russia.

The AUI “Active Community” team continues to conduct art therapy classes for children of IDPs and provide advice on assistance to the Ukrainian army.

The situation is invariably critical. Vodafone base stations are entirely disconnected. There is no other connection at the moment. Sometimes the Internet appears, but it works with a VPN application. Prices are high, and there are problems with the supply of salt. There is one russian pharmacy and a Ukrainian drug exchange. PrivatBank in Skadovsk will not work. Other banks and ATMs do not work. A bus from Kherson to Skadovsk will start running on May 10th.
