Kyiv
A russian agent who spied on the Third Assault Brigade and wanted to get a job at a defense plant was detained in Kyiv. The 53-year-old Kyiv resident was also leaking to the enemy the coordinates of key power and heat generating enterprises of civilian infrastructure. The intelligence was needed for new targeted hostile attacks on the capital.

Voluntary evacuation of the population continues in the 5-kilometer zone in the Sumy Oblast.

Kharkiv Oblast
A series of explosions thundered in the Zmiiv community, which was attacked by at least six russian Shahed UAVs. Two men were wounded. The attack damaged a civilian enterprise and residential buildings.
The russians also dropped an aerial bomb on a cheese factory in Velykyi Burluk. The plant was out of operation, yet the strike damaged administrative and industrial buildings, as well as 10 private homes.
The city council estimates that Kharkiv’s war-related damage has reached 10 billion US dollars.
Donetsk Oblast
On January 29, the russian military shelled ten settlements in the Donetsk Oblast. The occupation forces used aircraft, missiles, S-300 air defense systems, and artillery against the civilian population.
24 attacks by the russian army were repulsed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Avdiivka, which is more than half of all battle engagements that took place on the frontline in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts over the last day.

Odessa Oblast

As a result of shelling by russian troops, a fire broke out at one of the Ukrenergo substations in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. A local enterprise was de-energized.
On the night of January 29-30, russia once again attacked Ukraine with attack drones. Units of the Air Defense Forces shot down two enemy “shaheds” over the Kirovohrad Oblast.
On January 30, during the session, the deputies of the Golovanivsk settlement council allocated 7 million hryvnias for the needs of territorial defense. The funds will be used for the purchase of quadcopters, generators, a minibus and automotive equipment.

In Cherkasy, adaptive sports for disabled soldiers were demonstrated. The event called “Invincible” was attended by the Minister of Veteran Affairs of Ukraine, Yulia Laputina. The armored SUV, for which Maryna Strelnikova and her friends raised money, saved the lives of six soldiers. Among them was her husband, who went to war as a volunteer. The woman is a volunteer from the Zastavna community, who started helping the military in 2022. Over the years, the volunteer, together with her friends, handed over two dozen cars to the military and helped buy monoculars and thermal imagers.
The Chancellery of the Marshal of the Lodz Voivodeship handed over humanitarian aid to the Chernivtsi Oblast Military Administration: an ultrasound machine, functional medical beds, aluminum walkers, crutches, wheelchairs for children and adults, medical first-aid kits and bed linen. The received equipment was distributed according to needs to institutions and institutions of social protection of the population of Bukovyna.
Ternopil Oblast
Parishioners of Vyshnivets, Borsuky, and Lanivtsi communities donated more than 250,000 hryvnias for FPV drones. Residents of eight villages joined the fundraising. In particular, the parishioners of Bilozirka initially collected one hundred thousand hryvnias for the repair of the church facade, but then decided to give these funds to the Armed Forces.
