Northern oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
A farewell ceremony was held in Kyiv today for the Ukrainian defender Vyacheslav Nalivaiko, who was killed in action in the south of Ukraine.
Kyiv Oblast
Yesterday, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock visited Velyka Dymerka and said that Germany would help Ukraine with mine clearance. The federal government has allocated a total of six million euros to the non-governmental organization Halo for the disposal of explosive ordnance.
In the Kyiv Oblast, units of the State Emergency Service have already neutralized 66,860 explosive items.
During the last day, the pyrotechnic units inspected and neutralized the explosives in 11 settlements of the Vyshhorod, Brovary, and Bucha districts.
Chernihiv Oblast
On September 10, at about 12 p.m., one shell exploded on the outskirts of one of the settlements of the Semenivka community. The enemy fired tube artillery from the direction of the russian village of Lomakovka.
Sumy Oblast
Over the course of yesterday, the russian military shelled 5 communities in the Sumy Oblast.
In the morning, the russian military fired artillery at the Mykolaivka village community.
Later, the russians fired mortars and artillery on the territory of the Krasnopillia community.
At 3:00 p.m., as a result of enemy mortar fire, stubble on a field with an area of about 2 hectares caught fire.
The russian military also shelled the Seredyna Buda community with mortars, automatic grenade launchers (AGL) and self-propelled artillery mounts. Private houses, vegetable gardens, the power grid, and a car were damaged there.
After 2 p.m., the russians also bombarded the Velyka Pysarivka community with artillery.
Later, 4 mortar shells, aimed at the Esman community, were fired from the territory of russia.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
The bodies of civilians were found in the liberated village of Hrakove in the Kharkiv Oblast. A resident of the village of Hrakove turned to the police, saying that the invaders forced him to bury the bodies of two men. They were first tortured and then shot in the back of the head.
At night, the russian army fired a missile at the Industrialnyi district of Kharkiv. The missile hit the ground near the sports stadium. In one of the administrative buildings, windows were broken and the roof was damaged. As a result of the missile attack, a crater with a diameter of almost 9 meters and a depth of 4 meters was formed.
Around midnight, the russian occupiers launched a missile attack from the S-300 air defense system on Derhachi. A 4-storey building was damaged.
Over the past day, the enemy shelled Kharkiv and settlements of the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Kupiansk, and Izium raions.
As a result of yesterday’s shelling in Kharkiv, a 43-year-old man was killed, and 4 more civilians were hospitalized with injuries.
Two people were wounded in the Chuhuiv Raion over the past day. One person was wounded in the Izium Raion. Two more people were hospitalized in the Kupiansk Raion.
Oleksiy Yurchenko, a cameraman of the “Priamyi” TV channel, was killed in the battles for the liberation of Balaklia. This became known from his wife Tetiana Yurchenko.
Donetsk Oblast
Over the past day, the enemy launched 16 missile and 34 air strikes on military and civilian targets on the territory of Ukraine. 28 settlements were affected: in the Kramatorsk sector – near Kryva Luka, Piskunivka, Sydorove, and Rozdolivka, as well as in the Avdiivka sector – near Avdiivka, Opytne, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Karlivka, and Krasnohorivka.
On September 10, the russians killed 10 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast: 4 in Pokrovsk, 3 in Krasnohorivka, 2 in Bakhmut, and 1 in Raihorodok. Another 19 people were wounded.
Since February 24, the russians have killed 831 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 2,072.
Kramatorsk
Today, several strikes were carried out on the northern part of the Donetsk Oblast.
In Kramatorsk, an industrial zone came under attack. The factory workshop was destroyed. According to preliminary information, the enemy fired the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system. There were no casualties.
In Sloviansk, the enemy hit a high-rise building almost in the center of the city. The search for possible victims continues.
In Mykolaivka, the building of the Administrative Services Center was destroyed. The rubble is being cleared, and the search for victims is currently underway.
The occupiers shell civilian facilities. Attacks on the central parts of the city during the day testify to the deliberate terror of the civilian population.
The coordinator of the AUI “Active Community” held a meeting with volunteers who have been helping the city since the first days of the war. In 200 days, volunteers strengthened the infrastructure facilities of the city and unloaded hundreds of tons of relief supplies.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
The past day has been restless. According to information from the situational center of the National Police in the Donetsk Oblast: the city of Pokrovsk was hit by 5 missiles of the 9M723 Iskander M type in the period from 9:20 p.m. to 02:20 a.m. More than 20 residential buildings and railway infrastructure were damaged. Currently, 6 dead and 6 wounded citizens are known. Other facts about the victims and destruction are being established.
From the very morning, specialists of communal services and one of the contracting organizations of the city began to eliminate the consequences of the night strikes in Pokrovsk. Utility workers plug up broken windows and “patch” the roofs of affected houses with slate. 200 plates and the same amount of slate have already been brought in for repair work. During the day, building materials will be delivered as needed to the site of elimination of the consequences of shelling.
The head of the Avdiivka Military Civilian Administration, Vitaly Barabash, noted that today the residents of the city of Avdiivka could celebrate the 244th anniversary of its foundation, but the russian occupiers shell the city every day, so this year there will be no mass celebrations, children’s laughter, music and joy.

Bakhmut
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy attacked military and civilian objects in the areas of Vesela Dolyna, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Yakovlivka, Bilogorivka and Vesele settlements.
The coordinator of the AUI “Active Community” held a marathon of board games for the youth of internally displaced persons in Cherkasy.
Mariupol
Yesterday, the occupation authorities held a concert in the Drama Theater in honor of the city’s Soviet Day. Before that, the occupiers had concreted the bodies of Mariupol citizens who died in this theater on March 16. These are songs on bones.
On the street, the occupiers spread a St. George’s sheet.
Members of the Mariupol Resistance yesterday infiltrated the security and filmed all the participants of the songs on the kist almost up close. This suggests that the resistance is getting stronger, and all the culprits will be identified.
As a humanitarian, the occupiers issue moldy bread to the people of Mariupol.
Luhansk Oblast
At the checkpoint in Stanytsia Luhanska, there is currently a 12-kilometer queue. The occupiers are fleeing towards Luhansk and russia.

Southern Oblast
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
On September 11, at 03:41, power unit No. 6 of the Zaporizhzhya NPP was disconnected from the power grid. Preparations are underway for its cooling and transfer to a cold state.
Previously, all communication lines of the Zaporizhzhya NPP with the energy system of Ukraine were damaged due to russian shelling. Therefore, for the past three days, the 6th power unit has been working in island mode, covering only its own needs of the NPP at a critically low power level.
Yesterday, one of the power lines from the power system of Ukraine was restored, so a decision was made to shut down power unit No. 6 and transfer it to the safest state.
In the event of repeated damage to the lines of communication with the power system, the ZNPP’s own needs will be powered by diesel generators.
Meanwhile, the Main Directorate of Intelligence reports that the occupiers may launch another attack on the city of Energodar and the Zaporizhzhya NPP in the near future.
Mykolayivska Oblast
At night, Mykolaiv was subjected to heavy enemy fire. According to preliminary information, 9 people received injuries of various degrees, 3 of them are still in the hospital. As a result of hitting the yard of a five-story building, one entrance was practically destroyed by fire and explosion. A private house was also seriously damaged.
From the morning until 1:00 p.m. on September 10, the enemy shelled the village of Pervomaiske and the village of Zasilya of the Pervomaiska community. Residential buildings were hit.
On the evening of September 10, at 8:17 p.m., one person was killed as a result of shelling by the russians in the village of Bilozirka of the Pervomaysk community.
Also, in the evening of September 10, enemy shelling was recorded in the water zone of the city of Ochakiv. There are no casualties. On September 11, around 03:00, the enemy again struck the territory of the aqua zone.
During the past day, russians shelled the Shirokiv community. Around 15:00, shelling was recorded outside the village of Chervona Dolyna. Agricultural buildings were hit. At approximately 16:30, the village of Shiroke came under fire. Two houses were destroyed, a power pole and nearby houses were damaged. Also, on September 11, around 04:30 and 05:30, the russians again shelled the village of Shiroke. Gardens and roads were hit.
Enemy shelling of the territory and nearby settlements of the Berezneguvat community continues. On the night of September 11, around 04:00, the village of Berezneguvate was shelled. As a result, 5 people were injured. Damaged and destroyed residential buildings. The search for the missing man, who was probably in his home, is underway.
Central oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
At night, the enemy launched a rocket attack on the center of Dnipro. In the city, a two-story building that housed shops and warehouses was destroyed. The trade pavilions of two local markets, several administrative buildings, cars, tram contact network were damaged. Many nearby residents had their windows blown out and their ceilings partially damaged. A 72-year-old man was injured and is in serious condition.
The enemy continues to terrorize Nikopol almost every night. As a result of shelling, 4 fires broke out in the city. The fire destroyed the building for the guards of the production workshop, the utility building, several garages and a car.
The building of a private educational institution, 4 high-rise buildings, 13 private residential buildings, 6 utility buildings, gas pipelines, power lines and a car were damaged. Three people were injured. Doctors took the 45- and 48-year-old men and the 69-year-old woman to the hospital.
The enemy also struck the Marganets community. People were not injured.
The enterprise in the Dnipro Raion, which was hit by a rocket last night, was completely destroyed. Everything burned to the ground.
Air defense forces shot down an enemy missile near Dnipro.
In the central square of the Dnipro city, children painted nine anti-tank “hedgehogs”. Artists aged 7 to 14 chose patriotic and bright colors for decoration. The painted “hedgehogs” will be sold at an auction to raise money to support the Ukrainian army. Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov also took part in painting.
At the charity fair in Dnipro on City Day, funds are collected to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the organizers, representatives of the Coordination Headquarters of Dnipro volunteers, the money will be used to sew winter uniforms for the Ukrainian military. At the event, visitors can also buy goodies. Among other things, there are gingerbreads from resettled women from Mariupol.
During the 200 days of the war, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast sheltered 320,000 people, 74 enterprises and 2 hospitals from “hot” spots.
Kirovohrad Oblast
In the community, air alert signals sounded. There was a threat of a rocket attack on Kropyvnytskyi. Currently, the situation is calm and under control.
The coordinator of the AUI “Active Community” worked at the Humanitarian Center named after St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, helping citizens to receive food packages.
Poltava Oblast
20-year-old Dmytro Shynkarenko from Poltava Oblast died while defending Ukraine.
The road to the village of Shyroka Dolyna (Myrhorod Raion) has been restored after a recent russian missile hit there.
The oblast promptly responds to all requests and needs of the army. This week, almost 500 foreign-made sleeping bags, which Poltava received from international partners, were handed over to the military. Portable gas stoves and water supplies have also been sent.
Poltava Oblast is among the top five oblasts in terms of the number of applications for micro-grants under the YeRobota state program. Since the beginning of July, residents of the oblast and internally displaced persons have submitted 407 applications for micro-grants for business creation or development.
The Poltava State Bureau of Investigation detained the head of the occupation “police” of Balaklia in the city of Kupyansk.
In Poltava, a collaborator was sentenced for almost six months of propaganda in the Odnoklassniki social network. The man spread delusions about “originally russian lands”, posted pictures with obscene inscriptions on the flag of Ukraine and mocked the modern weapons used by Ukraine. He fully admitted his guilt in court.
Western Regions
Rivne Region

On September 11, on Independence Square in Rivne 28-year-old soldier Maksym Vavus was said goodbye . He died on September 1 in the Kherson region near the village of Sukhy Stavok.
Khmelnytsky Region
Kamianets- Podilsky
This afternoon, an air raid alarm sounded in the community.
In community schools, the number of children attending the full-time education is increasing.
In August, 238 residents of Kamianets- Podilsky provided shelter to 668 people from the regions of hostilities, submitting applications for reimbursement of utility services under the “Shelter” program.
Kamianets sheltered students and teachers from the Ivan Karabyts Bakhmut Professional College of Culture and Arts. In general, more than a hundred young people study there.
Maryna Beh-Romanchuk, a graduate of the Ivan Ohienko Kamianets-Podilskyi National University, became the silver medalist of the prestigious series of athletics competitions “Diamond League” in Zurich, showing the best result in the fourth jump – 14.96 meters.
Kamianets has won another international project. It is financed by the European Union as part of the “Measures for Economic Growth” initiative. Kamianets is one of the four cities in Europe selected for training and exchange of experience on issues of social listening and community involvement for implementation of joint initiatives, transformation and development of cities and communities.
A cargo of food, hygiene products and other necessary items for the military was sent to the Kharkiv region through the volunteer group of the Holy Trinity Church.
People sincerely discuss the victories of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front and are extremely happy about it.

Zakarpattia Region
