Yesterday, the russians shelled the border of Chernihiv Oblast. At noon, the enemy shelled the Horodnya community with mortars. Observers recorded five explosions.

Today, the russians shelled the area of ​​the village of Zalizniy Myst, Semenivka community. The military recorded seven hits, presumably from a 120 mm mortar.

Today in Chernihiv Oblast they said goodbye to four defenders of Ukraine – captain Andrii Nepon and soldiers Oleksandr Kristupas, Serhii Khromeev and Valentin Lyovochkin.

The occupier was sentenced to 11 years for the atrocities in Chernihiv Oblast. The crime was committed by Oleksiy Valeriyovych Okonnikov. The pre-trial investigation established that in March 2022, he and a group of other armed occupants stormed a house in which a family with 4 minor children was staying. The attacker attempted to sexually assault a 16-year-old girl while another held adults at gunpoint, threatening to shoot them.

Ten household modules for the Ukrainian military are manufactured at the Pryluky enterprise. They should be shipped to the order of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the end of the year, the first batch of five was shipped a week ago.

Sumy Oblast

Yesterday, the russian military shelled 4 border communities of Sumy Oblast: Seredino-Budsk, Druzhbivka, Shalygine and Glukhiv communities. A total of 129 mines, shells and other explosives were released.

Today, the russians shelled the Nova Sloboda community with barrel artillery. Nine explosions were recorded in one of the border villages, where an agricultural enterprise was damaged: the explosion partially destroyed the roofs and walls of grain warehouses.

At noon, russian troops also shelled the Vorozhba community with barrel artillery. At least 6 houses were damaged, 4 more are in ruins.

Eastern Oblast

Kharkiv Oblast

The occupiers continue to attack the Kupyansk raion. Private homes, garages, cars were hit, several fires broke out.

In Lypetsk community of Kharkiv raion, as a result of shelling by the russians, a fire also broke out in an economic structure.

In the Izyum raion, a 40-year-old man received an explosive injury after stepping on an explosive object on the side of the road. The victim’s condition is average.

During the day, pyrotechnics eliminated 64 explosive objects. Since the beginning of September, experts have destroyed more than 44,000 mines. Humanitarian demining continues in the region.

Donetsk Oblast

On the 28th of November, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces shot down two russian planes in the Bakhmut and Lysychansk directions.

About 300,000 residents of the Donetsk Oblast already have heating in their homes. There is no gas supply and centralized heating in the frontline communities.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

During the day, explosions were heard at a great distance from Kramatorsk, air defense was working. The day passed to the sound of sirens. Fortunately, the arrival of rockets on the territory of the city was not recorded.

The army of the russia shelled the Liman from rocket systems of salvo fire. At this time, it is known that one person died.

People with disabilities received humanitarian aid in Pokrovsk. On the occasion of the International Day of People with Disabilities, the Department of Social Protection of the Population issues food kits from the Rinat Akhmetov Charitable Foundation «Poriatunok zhyttia [Saving life]».

Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion

2 houses were damaged in the Horlivka direction: in the North of the Toretsk community and in Mykolaivka of the Kostiantynivka community. Mariupol

Luhansk Oblast

Southern Oblasts

Kherson Oblast 

Yesterday, russian troops shelled the territory of the Kherson Oblast 21 times. 8 settlements in the Kherson raion and 4 in the Beryslav raion came under fire. There are no casualties or injuries.

Today, the russians attacked the Kherson Oblast Clinical Hospital. Windows in the building of the medical facility were broken. There were no casualties or injuries.

Also today, the russians shelled one of Kherson’s micro-districts and its suburbs. As a result of the shelling, residential buildings and a car caught fire. One person is under the rubble. Rescuers are working at the scene.

Within a day, houses in KhBK, Shumenskyi, and Tavriiskyi microdistricts were connected to the power grid in Kherson. Electricity appeared in the city center and on Zabalka.

In Kherson, they detained the deputy mayor, who worked for the russian occupiers and was in charge of organizing the work of the housing and communal services. The court chose a preventive measure – detention. The man is suspected of aiding the aggressor country.

Every day, the activists of the «Zhovta strichka [Yellow Ribbon]» movement resist the russian troops, the occupation authorities and ignore their orders. In Skadovsk, Nova Kakhovka and Henichesk, leaflets are distributed with the position of local residents.


Odesa Oblast

As of November 23, more than 54,000 internally displaced persons, including more than 13,000 children, were registered in Odesa. Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov said this during a meeting with representatives of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), headed by Mrs. Karolina Lindholm Billing.

He also emphasized that in connection with the attacks of the aggressor on the objects of the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, the emphasis has changed – not only people from among the IDPs, but also the residents of the city need help.

There are emergency power outages in Oblast. Schedules of stabilization shutdowns, which were made earlier, are currently not in effect. DTEK power engineers, together with specialists of NEC «Ukrenergo», other emergency services and state authorities, are doing everything possible to stabilize the situation as soon as possible.

On the eve of winter cold, Odesa volunteers sent 1,000 sets of winter military uniforms to Ukrainian defenders. Help was made possible by the Women’s Association of Belgium, who found and paid for 200 kits. The other 800 were paid for by Odessa businessmen and patrons. In addition, 1,000 sets of thermal underwear and warm socks were additionally purchased. All aid has already been delivered to the front, to the 36th Marine Brigade.

Mykolaiv Oblast 

Over the past day, no enemy shelling was recorded on the territory of the Mykolaiv Oblast.

In Mykolaiv, the restoration of residential buildings and communal facilities damaged by russian shelling is underway. As of November 29, 143 of the 244 destroyed roofs were repaired.

In Mykolaiv, the operation of electric transport was resumed. 23 trolleybuses and 19 trams entered city routes.

In Mykolaiv, in one of the humanitarian headquarters, trench candles are made. Ukrainian military volunteers send more than 100 such products to the front and near-front positions almost every day.

Philanthropists from Great Britain handed over 240 boxes of food for the residents of Mykolaiv and the Oblast. Aid is distributed to internally displaced persons, people of privileged categories and socially vulnerable sections of the population.

Central Oblasts

Dnipro Oblast

However, because of the war in the country, the money was transferred for the needs of the Armed Forces. Instead, they will create small photo locations in the city and decorate Christmas trees near the City Council.

The director of the institution Vira Vigurzhynska says that women have always been engaged in needlework. Now they decided to support the soldiers in the forefront and send them rugs and blankets.

Western Oblasts

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

In September-October, the Coordination Center for Assistance to the Military of Prykarpattia #SaveUkraineNow (SUN) purchased and delivered to the Armed Forces of Ukraine communications equipment and components worth about UAH 2.9 million. The parameters and specifications of the equipment are directly agreed with the military, in particular, based on the needs for encryption of communication. This was reported by the representative of #SaveUkraineNow Taras Gerula to one of the online resources of Prykarpattia. As part of the latest exchange of prisoners, a soldier from the Carpathian oblast, border guard Petro Didushko was released. The soldier had been missing since April 15. In Prykarpattya, the mother of the Hero of Ukraine, fighter pilot Stepan Tarabalka (he was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine posthumously), began to equip a health center for those who went through the hell of the front and their relatives for the funds she received from the state. Last week, the ribbon was solemnly cut in the health center.

Rivne Oblast

With the onset of winter, an increase in the number of internally displaced persons is expected in Rivne oblast. Therefore, Rivne oblast is preparing to receive IDPs and provide them with good conditions. A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Rivne Regional State Administration, Dubno District State Administration, Charitable Organization “100 Percent Life Network Rivne” and Demydivka Village Council. 

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to arrange a space for IDPs to live on the basis of the municipal enterprise “Children’s Sanatorium “Khrinnyky” of the Demydivka inhabited locality. According to the project, 250 places for accommodation will be created. In particular, it provides for the repair of the boiler room and heating network of the dormitory building of the institution, cosmetic repairs and arrangement of living rooms, provision of necessary household items and appliances. 

Singers of the group “Charivnytsi” from Rivne oblast bake homemade sausage for the military. The singing group operates at the Kanonitsy Village House of Culture in Varash district. Since February 24, its members have been actively volunteering. The funds for meat are raised by the whole community. Even the lack of light does not bother the hostesses. They stuff the sausage and cook it in the oven. Then it is packed in a vacuum and in this form delicious products are delivered directly to the soldiers on the front line. 

Materials of Security Service of Ukraine help to bring to court the next justifiers of “russian world” in Rivne oblast. In the course of search and counter-intelligence measures, the Security Service of Ukraine Office in Rivne oblast exposed 3 more supporters of the “russian world” in Rivne oblast. These citizens were active supporters of russia’s military aggression against Ukraine, supported the atrocities of the occupiers, glorified the illegal activities of illegal armed groups of the so-called “DNR/LNR” and spread separatist ideology in Ukraine. The offenders, using the social network “Odnoklassniki”, banned in Ukraine, spread russian narratives, posted destructive anti-Ukrainian content, supported putin and glorified russia. During the searches at the residences of the supporters of the “russian world”, law enforcement officers seized computer equipment and mobile phones used to disseminate anti-Ukrainian materials. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of five to eight years with or without confiscation of property. 

Zakarpattia Oblast

Dozens of IDP families received new housing in the Kolochava community in Zakarpattia. To help internally displaced persons, the executive committee of the village council, together with the Czech NGOs “Člověk v tísni” and “PřesHranice”, implemented the project “Person in Need”. Within the framework of this project, four buildings in the Kolochava community were overhauled within a few months. All the premises now have a new renovation, are insulated, have heating, bathrooms, kitchens and are equipped with new appliances and furniture. Each IDP family received a separate room with its own bathroom and a common kitchen. Thematic exhibition of Peter Matl about Gulag opened in Mukachevo
