Northern Oblasts
Kyiv

Sumy Oblast
Yesterday in the afternoon, the russians shelled the territory of the Bilopil community in the Sumy Oblast with a mortar. More than 40 hits were recorded in the village of Volfine. A local resident died, a farm, a water tower and a house were destroyed.

Kharkiv Oblast
During the past day, the russian occupiers shelled the settlements of the Kharkiv Oblast along the contact line and the border with the russia in the Kupyan, Izyum, Chuguiv and Kharkiv Raion.
Residential buildings, commercial buildings and infrastructure objects were damaged by enemy shelling. An 11-year-old boy was injured in Kupyansk, and a 65-year-old woman was hospitalized with injuries in Chuguyiv Raion.
During the past day, 6 civilians were blown up on mines. 2 people were blown up by car in Dergachi Raion, 2 more in Izyum, 2 in Chuguyiv. All of them were hospitalized with injuries.
A reserve command post of the russian military was found on the outskirts of Balaklia. The occupiers equipped it accordingly in one of the buildings. Among other things, the rashists brought a whole arsenal of ammunition to the point. They were hidden in the basement, which was carefully disguised. Among the seized ammunition were shots for guns and tanks of various calibers, mines, grenades, throwing powder charges, the State Bureau of Investigation noted.
Donetsk Oblast
The enemy continues to focus its efforts on attempts to fully occupy the Donetsk Oblast, organize defense and hold the captured territories, as well as disrupt the active actions of the Defense Forces in certain areas. Fires at the positions of our troops along the contact line.
The enemy fired from tanks, mortars and artillery in the following directions: in the Bakhmut direction – Siversk, Rozdolivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolyna, New York, Yuryivka, Rozivka and Zaitseve;in the Kramatorsk direction – Sviatohirsk, Raihorodok, Serebryanka and Bilogorivka; in the Avdiivka Raion – Avdiivka, Opytne, Karlivka, Kostyantynivka, Maryinka and Pervomaiske.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
Russian forces continue to strike with artillery, aircraft and rockets, reports the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko.

Currently, the detainees have been notified of the suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 258-3 (participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen.
Mariupol

Kherson Oblast

At 04:10 enemy shelling was recorded in the center of the city of Nova Odesa. Private houses, stalls, a pharmacy, and a store were damaged. Also, as a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in a garage on the territory of a private home.
Yesterday evening, the enemy hit the Berezneguvate community directly adjacent to the front line with three rockets from the “Smerch (Tornado)” MLRS. A hospital and a solar power plant were damaged. The scale of destruction and loss is being clarified. Also yesterday at 11:19 the village of Murakhivka, at 13:56 the outskirts of Lyubomirivka, and at 15:23 Berezneguvate station came under enemy fire.
Yesterday afternoon at 14:00 there was shelling of the surroundings of the village of Novooleksandrivka of the Ingulka community.
Today at 00:20 the enemy launched a missile attack on the industrial zone of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP. A powerful explosion occurred just 300 m from the reactors of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP. The shock wave damaged the buildings of the NPP, over 100 windows were broken. One of the hydraulic units of the Oleksandrivskaya HPP, which is part of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP energy complex, has shut down. Three high-voltage power lines were also disconnected. Currently, all three power units of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP are operating normally. There are no victims among the station staff.
Odesa Oblast
The situation in our operational zone in the South-Buh direction remains quite complex, tense, but controlled by the Defense Forces. The day passed peacefully.
In Odesa, the City Humanitarian Center for Helping Refugees continues to work with branches in every district of the city. During this period, more than 170,800 citizens received assistance. In addition to internally displaced persons, assistance is provided to Odesa residents who find themselves in difficult life circumstances. “The center in the Kyiv district served more than 4,000 people last week, and 4,086 product kits were issued. The figures are approximately the same in other areas of the city. More than 13,000 product kits were issued last week. Russian occupying forces hit the Nikopol raion. A 39-year-old man was killed by enemy shells in the Pokrovsk community. Two more men were injured. The enemy killed a 74-year-old man in the Chervonogrigorivka community. Russians wounded a 51-year-old woman. 26 residential buildings, 11 household buildings, 2 cars, three hundred solar panels, a gas pipeline and an electrical network were mutilated. 900 families were left without electricity.
At night, the enemy hit the Nikopol and Marganets communities with “Grad” MLRS and tube artillery. The people of Nikopol are shelled with banned shrapnel ammunition. In Nikopol and its surroundings, 8 houses, 6 household buildings, 2 cars, a water pipe and a power line were damaged. In the Marganets community, more than 2.5 thousand families are without electricity due to shelling. Already in the morning there was an “arrival” in the Pavlograd raion. During the day, russian troops shelled the Zelenodolsk community with heavy artillery. A 58-year-old woman was injured.
In the oblast, ukrainians said goodbye to the fallen defenders of Ukraine: 31-year-old Maksym Bogachev from Zhovty Vody, 26-year-old Artem Panikarevych from Mykhailivka, as well as 41-year-old officer from Dnipro and teacher of the University of Customs and Finance Andrii Nikolaychuk.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy honored 25 rescuers from the Dnipro Oblast who participated in the liquidation of the consequences of the shelling of the dam of the Karachunov Reservoir in Kryvyi Rih. He presented them with certificates, orders, and medals.
Dnipro continues to collect and transfer equipment and equipment to Ukrainian fighters on the front lines. This week, the city handed over 14 more heavy-duty trucks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Kirovohradsk Oblast

In Kirovohrad Oblast, a lot of the internally displaced people continue to come from Donetsk Oblast. They are met by representatives of the local government, volunteers, doctors, rescuers and psychologists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kirovohrad Oblast.All necessary conditions were created for people’s paperwork and the social aid immediately after arrival. The rescuers equipped a field kitchen and fed people tea and sandwiches, and the psychologists of the State Emergency Service provided psychological support. After that, evacuated people will be driven to the places of long-term living in the communities. Today, over 3,000 internally displaced people got shelter since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation. In total, more than 90,000 of internally displaced people have stayed in Kirovohrad Oblast, 26,000 of them are children.
According to the statements of parents, a gradual transition to onsite education has begun in some educational institutions of the city of Oleksandria from the 19th of September. The students of some grades started the onsite educational process, taking into account the permission of the vast majority of parents. The learning process has resumed only in those schools where there is an air raid shelter.
In Kropyvnytskyi, the antiviral vitamin cocktails are prepared with honey+ginger+lemon for soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Center for Complex Rehabilitation for Children with Disabilities.

Poltava Oblast

32 enterprises from the regions, where the military actions were or are still going on, have been replaced to Poltava oblast. Among them the largest number are those enterprises that relate the spheres of wholesale and retail trade and the construction. The 19 enterprises have replaced their business from Kharkiv Oblast, 10 from Donetsk Oblast, 2 from Kyiv Oblast, and 1 enterprise from Sumy Oblast.
Almost 120,000 displaced people have already received medical help in the respective medical facilities of the Poltava region. The 30,000 of internally displaced people received inpatient treatment.
The government supports the homeowners, who sheltered internally displaced people and became participants in the “Shelter” program. Representatives of the city’s Spiritual Council help with the feeding of internally displaced people – some with food, some with cooking, some with delivery of food where it is needed.
Chernivtsi
The situation in the Chernivtsi region is calm and under control, and the traffic is safe.
The head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Zaparanyuk, met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Romania in Ukraine, Alexandru-Victor Mikula. They discussed a number of important issues, including the assistance to internally displaced people. Currently, there are more than 101,000 IDPs in Bukovyna, 30,353 of them are children. 3153 of internally dispaced people study in our schools.
On the occasion of Father’s Day, the servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine from Chernivtsi wrote down their favorite phrases that they heard from their fathers and thanked their relatives for the upbringing and teaching them to understand their identity and who they are.
The BAVOVNA MUSIC FEST was held in Chernivtsi, where money was raised for the purchase of a drone for Ukrainian defenders of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The following bands participated at the festival: “Stelsi”, “Polyus & Vel”, “Denomen & Royal Corvus” (Kharkiv), “Without you”.
Teachers and students of the Lukavet Lyceum in Bukovyna sent money to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The funds were raised by selling the white mushrooms.
Zakarpattia Oblast
The winners of the 3rd Carpathian Mountain International Film Festival of 2022 were announced in Uzhgorod. About 1,300 spectators attended the large-scale event during 15-18th of September . In addition, during the film festival, the fundraising for the support of Ukrainian defenders was held with the assistance of the “Heart to Heart” Charitable Foundation. Thanks to the visitors, it was possible to raise 14,421 hryvnias, 20 dollars and 20 euros as the donations for the purchase of first-aid kits and the medicines for the combatants.
Volunteers from the Czech Republic helped bears in the rehabilitation center in Synevyr in Zakarpattia.
