Northern oblasts
Kyiv
A meeting of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine dedicated to the reconstruction of the country was held in Kyiv yesterday. Analysts, builders, businessmen, community leaders discussed the current state of the construction industry and prospects for the revival of destroyed cities.

Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn and Deputy of the City Council Stanislav Fedorov met with representatives of the charitable organizations “Child Fund” (Germany), “We World” (Italy) and “Yellow-Blue Wings” (Ukraine) and discussed with them the expansion of the range of assistance provided by these organizations to the residents of Irpin.
The Leroy Merlin company will provide free building materials to restore the damaged buildings in Irpin.

Volodymyr Syrotenko, a teacher of physics at the Bohuslav Academic Lyceum No. 1, received the oblast award “Educational Achievement of the Kyiv Oblast”. He prepared the winners of the 2nd oblast stage and the 3rd stage of the All-Ukrainian competition for the defense of research works of students-members of the Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the sections “Experimental Physics” and “Electronics and Instrumentation”. With their projects in physics, students of the Bohuslav Lyceum No. 1 won gold and bronze in the top three.
An art therapy master class was held in Bohuslav. The team of “Active Community” in cooperation with the local weaver Valentyna Tkach conducted mandala therapy for all those willing. Participants made their own talismans, jewelry, dream catchers, etc. According to the coordinator, these classes help the participants restore their internal balance and find a resource for life and adaptation to new conditions.
Zhytomyr Oblast
Zhytomyr, three soldiers who were killed fighting for the Kherson Oblast in the spring were escorted on their final journey. Their bodies were found and identified only after the liberation of several settlements in the oblast. Ihor Lohunov, Anton Kvashuk, and Artem Smoliuk returned home on the shield. The heroes are buried at the Smolyan Military Cemetery.

At about 12 o’clock, the russians fired 9 artillery shells on the territory of the Novhorod-Siversk community. And at about 2 p.m., the Horodnia community was under enemy mortar fire. Border guards recorded 20 explosions of 120 mm mortar shells.
Near one of the villages of the Koriukivka Raion, the police found a cache with weapons and ammunition left by the russian military. The cache contained: an RPG-22 grenade launcher; 120 rounds of ammunition for automatic small arms of 5.45 mm caliber; ammunition for the 14.5 mm KPVT heavy tank-mounted machine-gun, 5 F-1 and RGD-5 hand grenades; two anti-tank mines; flare cartridges and VOG fragmentation grenade rounds. The weapons and ammunition will be transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In Chernihiv, people who will be able to live there for more than a year are already settling in the modular town located in Novoselivka. During this time, their destroyed or damaged housing must be restored by the local authorities.
Sumy Oblast
Last night russians opened mortar fire on the outskirts of one of the villages of Bilopillia community. 5 houses, the house of culture, and a power line were damaged.
Sumy said goodbye to Vladyslav Rudnytskyi, who fell on the battlefield during the war.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Over the past day, the enemy continued shelling the settlements of the Kupiansk, Bohodukhiv, Izium, Kharkiv, and Chuhuiv raions of the Kharkiv Oblast.
Kupiansk and the Kupiansk Raion suffer the most from enemy shelling. Over the past day, 6 civilians were hospitalized with wounds in the Kupiansk Raion. One more wounded person was hospitalized in the Izium Raion.
The process of demining continues in the region. During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service defused 1,378 explosive devices.
Donetsk Oblast
At night, the russians opened fire in the direction of Horlivka. There were no casualties, but a private house in Zalizne was damaged.
On September 29, the russian military killed 8 civilians in the Donetsk Oblast: four in Dolyna, one in Bohorodychne, one in Sloviansk, one person in Vodiane, another in the village of Shevchenko. 17 people were injured.
In total, since February, 909 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast have been killed by enemy rockets, and another 2,288 have been injured. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is still unknown.
The operation to encircle the russian military group near Lyman in Donetsk Oblast is nearing completion. Earlier, the leader of the fake “Donetsk people’s republic” pushylin said that Lyman was “in the semi-circle of Ukrainian forces.” In the latest report of the American Institute for the Study of War, analysts suggest that Ukrainian forces have almost completed the encirclement of the russian army in Lyman.
Kramatorsk
Over the last day, the enemy shelled the settlements of Bohorodychne, Blakytni Ozera, Shchurove, Dibrova and Ozerne in the Kramatorsk direction. There was no information about the destruction and the victims.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
In the east of the Pokrovsk Raion, one person was wounded as a result of shelling in Kurakhovo. The coordinator of the AUI «Active Community” in the city of Bakhmut, Lilia Dudnyk, organizes excursions to the regional local history museum in Cherkasy. The occupation authorities report on another “success” in the construction sector. Allegedly, 51 schools and 21 kindergartens have already been restored on the territory of the so-called “LNR” by the regions of the russian federation under the coordination of the Ministry of Education and Culture. All these schools are located in the occupied part of the Luhansk Oblast in 2014 or in captured settlements in the first days of the invasion of 2022, where during the last two years many schools and kindergartens had been restored under the program of President Zelenskyi “Great construction”. At the same time, not a single educational institution has been restored in the completely destroyed Popasna, Girske, mutilated Rubizhne, Sievierodonetsk and Lysychansk.
In the occupied in 2022 cities of the Luhansk Oblast , it is impossible to start the heating period. The russians destroyed almost the entire infrastructure there. It will have to be built from scratch.
The Security Service of Ukraine reported suspicion to a man who, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation, helped the occupiers capture his hometown and neighboring Sievierodonetsk. For this purpose, he transmitted to the enemy detailed information about the deployment and movement of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Zaporizhzhia Oblast
In the morning, the russian invaders fired 16 rockets of S-300 surface-to-air missile system at Zaporizhzhia. Four rocket strikes were made in the area of the carmarket, as well as at the point of concentration of motor vehicles and citizens for departure/entry to/from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. There was a motorcade of cars with civilians, including volunteers who transport medicine and evacuate people. As a result of the shelling of the humanitarian convoy the number of killed people increased up to 30, including two children. About 88 were injured, among them there are 27 law enforcement officers

Mykolaiv Oblast
Yesterday evening, the russians directed the attack of five kamikaze drones in the Mykolaiv Oblast. Three “Shakhedi-136” were shot down over the Mykolaiv Oblast, one attacked an administrative building in the regional center and another fired at an object of critical infrastructure in one of the regions of the Oblast.
Yesterday evening, the enemy struck a residential area of Mykolaiv with “Tornado” cluster munitions. The projectile hit near a public transport stop. As a result, three people died and eleven were injured, one of them was a 17-year-old child. There is also damage to residential buildings and power lines.
At night, Mykolaiv was subjected to enemy rocket fire by S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems. Two of the rockets hit a ten-story building. As a result, one person was unblocked from under the rubble, and eight more people were injured. Three injured people are in serious condition in medical facilities, five were given outpatient care. Four apartments were completely destroyed, six were partially destroyed.
As of 08:00, the work on clearing the debris at the damaged objects has been completed, all people have been unblocked. A medical facility was also damaged as a result of night shelling. There are no victims or injured.
Yesterday, from 23:30 to 23:40, the enemy attacked the Olshanske community. A critical infrastructure object was hit.
At night, the enemy launched a rocket attack on the settlement Poligon of the Shevchenkove community with S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems. Residential buildings were damaged as a result of the fall of ammunition and their fragments.
The villages of the Berezneguvate community located on the demarcation line remain under constant russian fire. Yesterday, the enemy shelled the outskirts of Malomykhailivka, the outskirts of Chervonyi Yar and Vysunsk. The enemy also shelled the outskirts of Berezneguvate and Berezneguvate station. Private houses were damaged.
Odesa Oblast
The enemy attacked the southern Odesa Oblast, directing 2 kamikaze drones. Over the Odesa Bay, Air Defense Forces shot down 2 “Shahed-136” drones flying on the approach to the city.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Two servicemen from the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Volodymyr Leonenko and Ruslan Shokalo, died in the Donetsk direction. The defender Volodymyr Vyshnyakov died in Kharkiv Oblast. Eternal memory to Heroes!
On the night of September 30, the russians fired two “Iskander M” missiles at the Dnipro. Rockets hit a local market and a transport company. One person died, 5 more were injured, two of them were rescued by the State Emergency Service. One is missing. As a result, a two-story administrative building on the territory of the motor transport company and 52 buses were destroyed, 98 buses were damaged. A car wash, an outbuilding, a complex of garage boxes, a gas station, a one-story administrative building and 4 five-story residential buildings nearby were also damaged. By the way, the company transported more than 9 thousand civil citizens every day.
Kyiv will provide Dnipro with 30 passenger buses. This was announced by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klytschko after a conversation with his colleague Boris Filatov.
At night, the russian army hit the Nikopol Rayon three times with “Grad” multiple rocket launcher systems and heavy artillery. The occupiers shelled the Chervonohryhorivka community twice. Kirovohrad Oblast

They learn about modern methods of training British fire officers, visit local fire stations. Poltava firefighters will also join the international challenge “Festival of Rescue” for the first time, which will start in Birmingham on September 30 and last for several days. Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
Ivano-Frankivsk will take “under the care” and help rebuild one of the de-occupied cities in the Kharkiv Oblast. Initially, Ivano-Frankivsk will be responsible for the city of Vovchansk.
Employees of PJSC “Ivano-Frankivskgaz” manufacture “burzhuykas” (metal stoves for heating rooms and cooking food) for the Ukrainian army. Production started back in 2014. Gas workers made the first stoves for their colleagues who served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Subsequently, production was suspended. But with the beginning of a full-scale war, the gas company again began to help the military.
Students of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University collected 110,000 UAH for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the charity event “Dedication to Students”. This money will be used to purchase communication equipment for the military.
Rivne Oblast
More than 100 square meters of camouflage netting was sent from the Rivne Oblast to the combat positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was woven by volunteers of the Demydiv community. And the community is not going to stop there.
A 13-year-old schoolgirl is holding street checkers tournaments in Zarichne, Rivne Oblast, to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Valentyna Kovalevych, a ninth-grader, has been playing checkers for 4 years. In total, she played more than 20 games. The girl donated all the funds collected during the checkers campaign to help the Ukrainian military.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Kamianets-Podilskyi
Employees of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Labor Law Enforcement Department inspected Industrialna Street regarding the activities of businesses relocated there from Mykolaiv and Kyiv. Today, the approximate number of employees at these enterprises is about 100 people. And this is almost 120,600 UAH per month of income to the budget.
Thanks to the cooperation of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council and the mission of the international foundation “Act4hunger”, 100 internally displaced persons received targeted food aid. The set includes cereals, flour, cookies, pasta. The package weighs more than 10 kg. .
The coordinator of the AUI “Active Community” in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Slavko Polyatynchuk, took part in a meeting of the city authorities with librarians on the occasion of the All-Ukrainian Library Day. At the event, the city authorities recognized the work of the best library systems that popularize Ukrainian books and domestic publishing houses.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Head of Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration Ruslan Zaparanyuk met with military chaplains. In particular, they talked about the help to the army. The role of chaplains in the war was also discussed.
In the Novodnistrovsk community, “burzhuyki” (metal stoves for heating the premises and cooking food) are made for the defenders. Volunteers from the charity fund “Aksikor” started the production of such stoves needed by the military. It was at the initiative of local activists that the enterprises “Budmontazhservis-1” and “Prombudmechanization” took up the production. So far, more than a hundred stoves have been produced, some of them have been sent to the front.
In Bukovyna, the “hotline” for IDPs continues to work 0800 33 50 47. Through the call center, thousands of people from all over Ukraine have already found shelter in the Chernivtsi Oblast, and also received the necessary humanitarian aid – food, clothing, medicine. The line has already received more than 40,000 calls.
